His smile is as inviting as his open hand that welcomes you in to him home and you are treated as a guest. The Team are second to none! from the greeter to the cashier and obviously everyone in the middle. Dan was helpful, courteous and fun! Greg came over to say hello and keep me in the loop of the process.The finance expierence was quick and easy! The Resnick family makes you feel and treats you like family! I told the gentleman I spoke to that i wished to purchase another extended warranty for my 2014 Lexus with 55,000 miles on it. It is in perfect condition and maintained by your dealership. He said that wasn't an option. I mentioned a third party extended warranty and he said these are frowned upon. I know well and good that if I traded my vehicle in, it would be back on your lot and sold with an extended warranty within days. I do not wish to purchase another vehicle at this time and fully believed your dealership would assist with my request. Needless to say. I was disappointed.
