SMALL PROBLEM BUT GREAT SERVICE
My Mother had a small service requirement, your Assistant Service Manager DAVID OLGUIN, took care of it for her. I really appreciate his help for my 90 year old Mom.

$900 NanoCure Essential Protection is a scam
Do NOT trust the used car manager or the salesmen at Wilde Toyota in West Allis! I purchased the NanoCure Essential Protection after being told it covers the exterior for light scratches and interior for things like small tears in the fabric. That seemed worth the $900 cost. Then I called the insurance company on a claim, only to findout, my $900 NanoCure Essential Protection only covers tree sap and bird droppings. I wasted $900 for tree sap and bird droppings coverage.

I Feel Slimy
I emailed Wilde Toyota about a used car that I saw online to see if it was still available. I received an email saying that it was, with the internet sales person asking me what time did I want to see it. I told him that I would be there in about an hour (2:30 pm). I dove the 25 minutes and arrived at 2:20 pm only to be told that the car had been sold that morning. The salesman then asked me if I wanted to see another car. It is these types of sales tactics to lure customers in to their business that gives used car salesmen a bad reputation. I feel "slimy" after dealing with them and will not ever look at a car from them again.

I just bought a new car from Wilde and it was a bad experience. Issues included: 1. Dishonest. To justify a low trade in offer they made up a mechanical issue with my car. Then when I suggested I’d cancel the trade their sales manager threatened to raise the new car price because they “advertised the wrong price” and thought they could make up the money on the trade in. They also forgot to include a $1500 rebate in my initial purchase agreement. Good thing I saw the error. 2. Poor Communication. I live over an hour away so wanted to close the deal that day. To avoid a second trip I accepted the low trade offer. It was only after I signed the purchase agreement that the sales manager came out to tell me they couldn’t finalize everything that day and that I’d have to come back again. 3. Not COVID Safe. The sales rep I worked with kept his mask below his nose even after I asked him to cover up. Many other employees had masks below the nose too. Masks don’t work like that. Have some respect for customers.
