The entire process was very easy. I would recommend to a friend. Sure beats going to car lots with annoying sales people.

My vehicle was delivered fine but they seem incapable of getting me my title or at least title application! Now the vacation we were looking forward to may have to be put on hold! Stay far away from this company!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VROOM. They are kind up front but seriously drop the ball. It has been nothing but a nightmare. I have even had to fill out my contracts twice now because it took them so long to get it processed. They do not call to let you know what's going on, no email nothing, you have to chase them to get answers. The Texas DMV wont do out of state temporary tags anymore and no one told anyone, Ive been waiting over a month for my new temporary tag. I was told twice it was on the way. Then I receive an email that Texas is not issuing temp tags for other states anymore. They need to get this fixed quick. It is causing so so much more of a headache than its worth. I should have gone with another company. Please save yourself and use someone else.

Almost unbelievably easy. Best process in purchasing a car in a lifetime. Extremely please with my purchase! Next car and all my cars will be done this way!

First time buying a vehicle online and boy was I nervous!! Everything happened exactly how they said it would and it was an absolutely great experience. Thank you Vroom I'll definitely be buying my next vehicle from them!

From finding the car online in the comfort of my own room to delivery in my own driveway and being communicated with T entire process from signing to delivery

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not buy from them. Every single step of the process is a nightmare. They don’t charge sales tax, and you will wait 6+ months for them to send your title, so you can never register your car. I’ve been able to drive my car legally 1 month out of the 6 I’ve had it. You call and get stuck in endless loop of no help, wait 48-72 hours, then call back so the next person you talk to can tell you the same thing. I got ornery with the title department and they hung up on me. These are real people buying these cars, and you won’t find a real person to actually help you. BEWARE, JUST DONT DO IT.

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! Customer service help is very limited and if you do need to speak with a supervisor it takes a month to get a call back. Please, please do not send your down payment via cashiers check. I was advised by my car specialist to send my down payment in the mail with my contact and somehow they received my contract but not my down payment even though they were in the SAME envelope. It has been two weeks and no one has even started to look for my check. In order to resolve the issue myself I had to take out a loan in order to send the money again for my down payment because my bank cannot stop payment on my check for another two weeks. So at this point I’ve paid my down payment twice and I’m spending $400 a week on rental vehicles to get to work everyday.
