Stay away
Sold me a car that was in and accident and lied about it. The price was good, and it looked great. So I bought it and shortly thereafter I took it to my mechanic for routine service. The mechanic tells me that the car has been in an accident. Stay away

The team at Volkswagen was friendly, professional and proactive! Tarazia kept us frequently updated with her gaping, infectious smile, the manager greeted us with cookies, the service desk representative engaged us while waiting with her positive disposition and the service gent came to personally address us at the end and, they took care of us beyond their departure time to ensure it was done right and we’d leave in a safe vehicle. Top notch; I’ll most definitely return for future service!

Repairs
Service Dept. Had an issue with the driver side window. (Motor stopped working). Although it took a few visits to diagnose the problem and repair, my experience was very positive. Was offered a loaner vehicle on final visit so car could remain until fixed properly. Follow up regarding process was ideal. Thank you for a positive service experience.

Car buying made easy
I came to find VW of Nanuet on Auto Navigator and I’m glad I did. The dealership is state of the art, Brand new and lots of inventory. I was greeted by Collin Perell mgr. He was friendly, outgoing and best of all, “not pushy”. I didn’t feel attacked. Sam Pal was our sale person who eventually help me find what I was looking for. He was Knowledgeable about the car I was interested in(Jetta R line). Sam walked me through the whole process. I made it very clear I had to come back with my wife and daughter to show them the car. They held the car for me 2 days. When we made our decision to buy the car we were introduced to Josh Cruz and Leslie Rodriguez in the finance department. Usually this is the worst part of buying a vehicle, but not here. Very friendly and understanding. We had to remove a credit freeze and it took an extra day. They did everything possible to get us the best rate possible. We came back the next day, got our rate and signed paperwork and we’re gone in under 2hrs. Trust me that’s amazing. Would definitely buy at VW of Nanuet again

A Model of Professionalism
