Worst Dealership in Charlotte!!

Victory is without a doubt, hands-down, THE worst car dealership I have ever had the misfortune of landing in. It’s clear that because I’m a woman, they thought they could get over on me. However based on their reviews on Google, they are equal opportunity swindlers. I traded a vehicle— netting just over $5k to contribute to my taxes, fees, and down payment— or so I thought. It turns out Victory intentionally paid none of my local taxes and went ahead and pocketed that money. At no point did they tell me they weren’t going pay for the taxes from MY money. So you can imagine my surprise when I received a $500 tax bill, which has to be paid before I can receive my registration. I have purchased half a dozen vehicles at different dealerships in CLT and I have never EVER had a dealership skim money from MY down payment to slide into their own pockets and leave me with the tax bill. The list of issues I had with this place goes on and on and on. And you know what’s worse?? They had the audacity to ask me to write them a 5-star review on Google. They even sent me a “sample” review where they showed me all the answers they wanted me to pick. Who does that??? I will never ever recommend anyone to even set foot on this lot. I will in the meantime be trying to piece together this extra $500 to cover this completely unexpected cost.

Sells agent Matthew was polite and listened to what we wanted.good facility and clean seems alot of customers coming and going looking at vehicles.spotless in facility.

Terrible !! Had a water pump to fail . Just had the truck in for a noise and was sent home with an assurance everything was ok . After the water pump failure just really frustrated about the whole experience .

I found two cars online on a Tuesday and called the dealership, Ola was the salesman who contacted me. He asked me what I was interested in and I told him about the two vehicles that I was interested in and he sent me quotes on both. I live about 5 hours from Charlotte so I was able to send him pictures of my vehicle and information about it. I purchased the car through phone, email and text all super convenient. Ola, was so nice and did a great job. Mr. Ernie delivered the car to me and was very nice and quick. I would definitely recommend Ola at Victory Chevrolet to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Bad service bad everyone there

Worst place to buy a car I bought a 52,00 truck with only 32,00 mills I’ve only had it for at least 2 months and the transmission is going as well as others parts. People there are only worried about saling cars and that’s it they didn’t call me for anything after 3 days waiting on my car not only that my truck is getting fixed and no one has called me it’s about to be a week in the shop. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE!

My son and I have bought 9 vehicles from this dealership over the past 18 or so years and the sales staff has always been great........Now the reason I am writing, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE. We took a vehicle in last Wednesday, 10/29 for a battery, well battery is in however they say they are tracking a short, now it been 6 days and the car still isn't ready and no call from the service dept.

If you buy a car from them you have no cooling off time u can not take it back and they will lie to you about it just to make a sale

What a joke! Tried for 2 weeks to set an appointment and no luck. Finally got Erica to tell me just to show up because the service manager turned off all the appointments. I showed up for my service and check engine light and the little man in the office came out with a pissed off attitude and said leave the car and we will get to it when we get to it. I took my vehicle to South Charlotte Chevrolet and they welcomed me right in the same day. Never going back to Victory Chevrolet where the customer never wins.
