Unlimited Auto Sales

Bought a vehicle a couple months ago. After about 2 weeks the vehicle broke down I was sold a warranty that "would cover everything bumper to bumper" well it didn't I was stuck with a 3k mechanic bill and the dealership started ignoring my calls. This establishment is a true disappointment from staff to management. I highly recommend choosing any other dealership Truly sad.

I bought a 2004 Toyota 4Runner about a year and a half ago it was one of the biggest mistakesI’ve made. After purchasing the truck it started misfiring within a week. They agreed to take a look and fix the problem for no cost which was great.... until they returned the car to me a week later and then the same problem persisted. I had to return it again for another week and it ended up happening again! Eventually I gave up on letting them trying to fix the issue. Please please please save yourself a headache and avoid buying from these scammers!

My experience at Unlimited was very positive. I was looking for a truck and they had the exact Ford Raptor I wanted. Buddy made the sale very easy. He also went the extra mile when I wanted to show the truck to my wife first. He got in the truck with me and drove nearly an hour round-trip. Overall great experience. No pressure sales. Great quality vehicle and a great price. (Note: They wouldn't negotiate price at all, but did help out on a couple of accessories)

Smelly stuffy office. Disgusting bathroom. Sales person Neil is either a liar or an idiot. Take your choice. Don’t believe anything you are told by anyone on premises. Three separate issues needing repair in first 44 days of owning/driving car I bought. And, I left a negative review on google and was contacted within two hours demanding $33 I was past due. But was told face to face three days earlier not to sweat the $33 and was “all caught up” It is literally .007% of the sale price! All because I told the world how awful their ghetto car lot is. BEWARE!

The guys at Unlimited had just the car I was looking for! As my wife and I approached the car we had our eyes on, we were delighted to see that a dealer had unlocked the car from the remote so we could check it out. Once we were in the car we fell in love with it. As I took it on a test drive I noticed a vibration in the steering and after mentioning it to the team they pulled it into their shop and fixed it on the spot. I am now the happy owner of a Audi A4 Avant Quattro :) Thanks Unlimited for the great experience and a sharp car!

Recently bought a used car here ~ I went to get the car's emissions test done right after I drove it off the lot & it failed the emissions test due to the check engine light suddenly coming on. I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! If you're in the market for a car ~ please check this place out! You won't regret it!
