I scheduled an appointment at 9:15 in the morning, and my Jeep was never even looked at by a tech. No phone calls, even after I called to check on it, and was told that I would get a return call. When I went down to check on it, I was told that my appointment was just to talk to an advisor.

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online for one price, and then when I called the price was greatly higher. When I questioned it they said they forgot to put all the extras in the price.

Lack of communication. Made an appointment for a simple service with plenty of time and yet they kept my car overnight and called me 15 minutes prior to closing to tell me. That is unacceptable
