In One Word - Cheating - Customers are Fools for them. 1st level Cheating: At sales, Sticker says it Included Appearance package(Means Includes TINT) Once we signed the documents, they removed this ITEM from their website. Luckily I had taken Photo to the sticker when it was attached to the vehicle on parking LOT before the Sale. After the sale, same Sales person Introduced me to next person and she gave me the quote to get new CAR Tint price which is 2 times more than market price. 2nd level Cheating: At the closing by Finance person, make us sitting for 2 hours talking Rubbish, make us to paid $5100.00 on TOP of Final sale price, and then it was included in our LOAN, they will make sure that we wont read the copies at dealership by giving 10Inch IPAD and will send us Home by printing the papers in sealed cover. 3rd Cheating: When we try to Cancel the those unnecessary services with their partner companies like GROUP1Auto insurance company(because once we sign the doc dealer id gone from the scene, we fools/Customers has to fight with their Business partners to get back our money), Nothing will happens to us. Just waste of time for us. Conclusion: Dealer suggesting me to Go to Court and SUE the GROUP1Auto and TOYOTAFINANCE as they are Not returning the money. Suggestions to new customers: Don't go alone to buy new vehicle, take an attorney with you to buy a new car from this Dealer. Otherwise you will end up like me by calling Customer service every day for 3 hours. Big JOKE: After 3 months, I got a call from this dealer to get my vehicle Tint. No use, already I did it from out side.

Playing games and adding ridiculous markup to new vehicles. I was quoted a total purchase price of $41,095 via their website which included a $1495 markup. I then received a call from a salesman at the dealership letting me know their website is incorrect and actually there is another $1761 markup (in addition to the $1495).

JR Castillo provided excellent service for my family and since we are not from the Austin area and don’t have the time most people do when they buy locally. Mr Castillo was fast with our purchase and overall service at the dealership. My first purchase was with him for a certified pre-owned Camry back in 2020, I was so delighted and shocked at how well prepared he was with all the paperwork for me and he left a great impression that when my family and I decided to upgrade to 2022 Camry and Sienna I went back to Toyota of Austin and requested Mr. Castillo’s services!

Bad service

I have been with Maund for 12 years, and they always picked up my car and serviced it, the condition under which I bought the car. Now, they don't even answer the phone. They send me a reminder for service, with a number that was no longer in service ! When I got the correct number from the internet, I held for 20 minutes without anyone answering. Never buy a car from here.

Brought my Tacoma in for oil change & tire rotation & spark plugs. 4 hrs and said they didn’t have time to do plugs? Most disorganized dealership I’ve ever seen & mom 72 yrs old.

Service writer did not check how much time remaining on my vehicle after arriving at 7:40am still waiting on shuttle since 7:38am it is now 8:53am . 10:00 will be my 3 hours what’s up ? Bad service . Need to find some where to service my vehicle in future.

made a service appointment for 1:30 waited 45 minutes in long line of cars before getting to the one person working. was told that it would be 3 hours for a routine service. Charles Maude was the best. North Austin is the worst I've ever seen in 40 years.i will NEVER go there again.

I made an appointment with Toyota of North Austin Services for 7:45 AM today. It was a nightmare. I didn't even talk to anyone because the lines were insane. I waited 30 minutes before I was able to "check-in." I scheduled the following services: Maintenance Services: 120000 miles Factory Required. Oil & Filter Change Synthetic. Both were quoted together for a total of $397.97 on their website. I told them what I came in for based on their website and advertisements but was quickly told the price is wrong and they've never seen anything like that. He said that the spark plugs change alone would cost over $400. The gentleman didn't do anything wrong. He was super friendly and was trying to be helpful. I felt the Bait-and-switch on this one Thank you for wasting everyone's time.
