SELLING CARS WITHOUT TITLES

I've been waiting for a title for over a month. They avoid my calls, I showed up and they said they had my title but couldn't give it to me until next week. my temp plate expired and I can't even drive my new car. Also I'm subject to DMV fees for late registration. Car was in rough shape. Asked about price and they slapped on $900 in dealer fees. Refused to fix any mechanical damages to the car, like broken window motor, bad brakes, clunking noise.

The Worst Sales Transaction I ever had in my life. The level of disrespect from the Sales Manager was crazy. The car I had interest in was available and on the lot. The young sales guy I dealt with was okay and seemed honest, he jumped started the car because the battery was dead and we went off to do a test drive. I liked the car and decided to buy. He let me know about “cosmetic” accidents but I already knew there were issues under the hood from research. The sales guy passed me off to the Sales Manager; who seemed like a typical sleezy car sales man from the beginning but he masked this with “friendliness.” My first mistake was not having my own financing. Always have your own financing as an option. They originally quoted me 9.86% rate even though I have “excellent” credit. Also, there was no negotiating the price of the car. Fast Forward, the sales manager began to be annoyed once I took my time reading the “contract.” This was my first-time spending 20K+ on a car and wanted to know what I was signing. Things like - All responsibility was on me even if it’s a lemon, as is sell. Fast Forward to delivery. I drove straight from work and arrived early. The new car was not on the lot, and I assumed it was still getting tuned up / cleaned. I checked in with the sales manager who seemed to be in an okay mood. I sat on the salesfloor waiting for a while then decided to go remove all my belongings from my old car. While doing so, the sales guy drove up with new car and parked it in the middle of the lot then disappeared. First thing that caught my eye, the car was still dirty. I went to inspect it, it still had rain / coffee marks, dirt, and fingerprints smudges on the exterior and dust, dirt, and shoe prints on the interior. The car literally had no gas, as the gas icon flashed on the dashboard. Totally not what I was expecting since I’m committing to a 20k+ transaction. I finished packing my belongings and left it in the truck of my old car and went in. Fast Forward, I waited a while as I seen the sales manager on the phone. 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes went by. The sales manager was literally talking, arguing, and joking with a customer about their new car faulty engine right in front of me. This was a sign for me to run out of there but I liked the car and stayed. When I realized he didn’t care about my time I walked up to his desk and gestured to my watch. He then replied “What? Do you want me to hang up on him?” Yes, he said that to me, but it gets better! He got off the phone about 4 minutes later and was obviously annoyed but gave me a fake smile and let me know if he was ready to talk. I told him about the dirty car and no gas. He let me know he will take care of it. He pulled out the contract and we looked at it. Of course there’s a detailing / gas fee which was hundreds of dollars. I asked for the fee to be removed since the car was still dirty and literally no gas and also a break down of what I was paying as it was just numbers. He did a heavy sigh, then reached his hand out to pass me the contract but before I could grab it he purposely let it go, dropping it to the floor. He also said, “He’s having a bad day and I’m making it worse” Literally, I couldn’t make this stuff up even if I wanted to! He fake apologized for what he had done. I mentally checked out because of the level of disrespectful. I checked back in when he asked me if I wanted to cancel, which I agreed and left. THANKFULLY because of his rudeness I dodged a bullet and a lemon! If you shut up, sign the contract, give your deposit, and like lemons I think you will have a decent time here. As long as he’s the manager I would never give this place business.

I paid cash for my car I had the car one day I light came on on the dashboard the car can’t pass emissions I took it back they were supposed to call me today at 3:30 is now 420 I tried to reach them someone answered the phone I asked to speak to the manager SaeedThey hung the phone up and he hasn’t got back to me I spoke to my salesman Sandro he said he would get him on the phone still no return call I took the car to Infiniti of Manhasset to find out what was wrong with the car the car needed two cattleya converter‘s add a bunch of other pots the Dallas at the pots was 3224.00 so now I have to spend another that in parts and 1300 in labor on top of the 16,000 I already paid in full for the car if they refuse to do the repairs I ask the manager Saeed to switch places with me I’m him and he’s me how was he feel if it was him going through this he intern said no I wouldn’t feel good about it at all but I haven’t heard from anyone yet so I don’t really know what’s going on I’ve called they answered the phone and hung up on me when I tried to call back they would not answer the phone so I really don’t know what’s going on right now but I’m really not feeling good about this what time is as hot as they are and it’s hot is that worth to raise the money to make this car purchase and makes me feel really sad That people would play with peoples lives like this this is probably one of the worst deals I’ve ever dealt with but we’ll see because I’m still waiting to find out what’s going on with my car and what they’re going to do about it

After going to 4 dealers and feeling like we were bothering the sales person, we finally ended up in the right place! We called over the phone and confirmed the car was available. We got there around 2pm and by 4pm I was driving home in a new car. There is no back and forth nor time wasted with finances. We went straight to the point and made it happened. Diego was beyond amazing!!!!! Such a nice guy and hard worker. He also had other clients waiting for him and he managed to take care of all of us. I highly recommend this place!!! I am glad we ended up here! Will definitely come back here 😊

Purchased a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder 2 weeks ago as of today 1p/15/21 my car has had many issues. First of all one key without the clicker that didn't unlock the door had to use AAA to come and open the door in order for me to get car home. Next had car checked by mechanic only to find compressor was bad as well as all belts. Next the EVAP soleniod switch was bad. Contacted dealership since I was given a six(6) warrannty had to pay 135.00 to have it towed to their mechanic at alternate car lot. Since all this I've been contact with them via texts and phone call and has been given the run around ir I'll get back to you which they never do or be available and when I did it's been nothing but excuses. Young unprofessional salesperson. After this never again and would not recommend to anyone.
