I had a good experience with Tx Direct, my salesman Mr James Myers was awesome, kind and very respectful. Texas Direct is nice and clean and organized, and I had my grandson with me and he loved the playroom, he played in there the whole time I was there. Unorganized and very rude. Customer service is ridiculous! Very disappointed. Went smooth when we bought the car but after that, all down hill..

My ex husband negotiated the purchase of a vehicle for our teen. The vehicle came with only one key, and no owners manual. It has now been more than two months and the vehicle still has temporary plates. No one can tell me when the permanent plates will come in. Selling a car with only one key and no owners manual felt pretty shady, but now this business with not getting the plates taken care of, and not giving any information on timing of the permanent plates seems even weirder. I know cars are pricey right now and most of us are going to look for the best deal possible. In retrospect I wonder whether it would have been worth paying a bit more to work with a more reputable business, and end up with two keys, an owners manual, and a permanent plate. The whole experience just feels off to me. I would not do business with them again.

Beware!!!! I purchased a vehicle on January 19, 2022. As of today, June 8,2022, still have no permanent license plates. I’ve called to check on plates, no signs of vehicle registered and customer support is unhelpful. Do not buy a vehicle from here. I currently have a vehicle with no registration or plates!!!!! I feel they sold me a vehicle under false pretends. I will be suing!!!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Texas Direct Auto. As you can see I give it 5 stars. This was a very easy process from start to finish. More specifically, I'd like to recommend my salesperson, Douglas Ramirez. He was not only extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. Leaving with a new vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Douglas about my current situation, the more I was inclined. His years of knowledge and experience in car sales was far superior to the salesman I found at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping, I knew the deal he needed to make things work for me. At no point did I have to go to the math with Douglas to get that deal. He found a way to make it work for me and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only was I able to leave Texas Direct with a new Dodge Challenger but I also left with my dignity intact. I have nothing to say other than a massive thank you to the amazing duo Jerome and Jimmy. From first interaction they were extremely polite, accessible and professional. Jimmy can sell icebergs to eskimos and melt volcanos with his eyes. Jerome I think he pretty much can run the country. What an amazing business manager, he can make anything happen! I bought 3 cars from them, they were ( and are ) phenomenal vehicles in extremely good condition and with more than fair prices for all of them. The coffee is horrible lol but keeps you going… The bathrooms are spotless. The delivery team is a m a z I n g, thorough, efficient and so willing to answer all your one hundred million questions about your newest precious possession. Mrs. Cynthia at the final gate might as well be an angel from heaven. She already comes out from her post smiling from ear to ear to check your paperwork and congratulate you for your purchase. I so want everyone to buy from Vroom / Texas Direct Auto it’s silly, I tell everyone about them. At Vroom / Texas Direct Auto there’s none of the pushy salesman and arrogant dealership vibe, YOU choose your car, YOU buy what YOU want not what they’re trying to shove down your throat. Honest prices, easy purchase process, SPECTACULAR cars and oh did I mention they traded my car in for more than anyone else offered? Vroom is disrupting the auto sales arena and putting major dealerships out of business and I love it! It’s about time we can have access to car buying freedom and joy!
