Hard to get ahold of the service department.
Hard to get ahold of the service department. I had to call three different times as they did not return my calls when I left them a voicemail.

Worst service ever and they don’t ever apologize for there errors. After 4 visits one would think they would apologize.
Oil change great…timely.
Oil change great…timely. Unfortunately, at pick up time a tar resurfacing crew had sprayed my car. Detainers rushed and did a poor job cleaning it. I had to bring my car on another day to clean up the problem. Thankfully, Quick Lane manager helped take care of the problem 😉

Mike Asperhiem is the guy you want to see in the service department. He is honest, accommodating, informed, willing to work with the mechanics and customer to resolve any questions. He treats customers like family and gets your vehicle in and out on a timely manner. Mike is a mainstay for me at Tenvoordes. The whole service department rocks.

Worst service ever took 4 times before diagnosed issue
Worst service ever took 4 times before diagnosed issue correctly. Every time I was calling back because same issue existed within less than 24hrs. Service department has no customer service skills and Never used the words I’m sorry. Don’t follow through on phone calls and tell you it was a busy day. As a customer I’m sorry I don’t care if your busy with other cars after how many times does it take to become a priority. Would never recommend to anyone.
