Corrupt service.

Corrupt service. Unqualified mechanic recommended things that could not possibly fix my ac. Amounting to part swapping at my expense. Charged me for a worthless diagnosis costing$270. I feel robbed. Very disturbing and disappointed ☹️

Troy, My apologies for the way you feel. When you came you had a concern with your air conditioning not cooling during idle. We informed you that we needed to hook up the A/C machine to evacuate and recharge the system with DYE to: A) verify that you had the correct amount of refrigerant and B) recharge the system with dye to see if you have any leaks anywhere in you’re A/C System. Because this is the first time seeing your vehicle we had no history of the previous 66,797 miles on the vehicle so we had to start from square one. After you approved the evacuation and recharge diagnosis we proceeded forward with the diagnosis and found that your A/C compressor had internally worn and that there could be other issues with the system but we would not know until we took the A/C compressor off of the vehicle for replacement and inspected it. Your service advisor laid this all out for you and sent the estimate to your cell phone on 5/18/22 at 2:48 PM. You declined the repairs that are initially needed to fix the issue on your truck. I can see with our system that you viewed the quote 7 more times following your declination which leads me to believe that maybe we could work something out on the price or see how much you’re approved for with our financing offers that have 0% interest for 3 month. Better selection than most and no adding extra over msrp. Raul and Fernando were helpful and courteous. They were willing to help me with all my needs.

They were great. Not pushy and no upwelling. I was very happy with the customer service. I hope to purchase a Z06 when it’s my number to replace the 2021 C8 Stingray HTC, I just purchased from them. 😊

The associates were courteous, professional, and very kind. The waiting room was comfortable and pleasant, and the wait was shorter than expected. I received great service that was sweeter because of the coupon they had sent. I readily recommend Sterling McCall Chevrolet!

These folks are AWESOME!!! Had my '17 Vette in for service and they were great! I have done business with Sterling McCall for over 17 years and they are amazing.... I doubt I would use another dealer, unless the just don't sell what I want!!!!

Extremely Rude and Unprofessional

I was shopping online and found my dream car via the website. I then called to inquire about the vehicle and was put with used car sales agent, Arturo Nieto. Arturo was the absolute worst sales person I’ve ever experienced. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. His only goal is to hurry and put you in the car for his commission. I was seconds away from going to another dealership just based on his horrible customer service. Luckily, I loved my car. My new vehicle also received a poor detail job. I drove straight off of the lot to a detail shop and they made the car look like new like the dealership was suppose to.
