Very courteous and professional! We had a problem with our Mercedes and they got us in for a check and found the problem in short order and got us back on our way. Being from out of state on a trip, this was unexpected but very much appreciated. Thank you for your excellent service.

Had carberutor issue and never seemed to finish Three years later because of poor storage the car deteriorated. Never explained the delay other than emplyee issues.Now going into litigation

I’ve bought 2 Mercedes Benz from these guys. Buyer beware! They will go out of their way to avoid honoring warranty. This has happened to me 3 times now. Gave it up to chance the first 2 times. This is why company has no media presence. The complaints are very bad. They are listed as used car dealer here if you’re looking to complain about a Mercedes dealer.

Neil sold me a '16 E350 wagon - he made a number of claims about the vehicle's features, condition, etc. Then he said he'd arrange to deliver it to Dallas in spite of the Covid-19 difficulties. My wagon arrived from NY today ahead of schedule, and just as Neil advertised. Carl the driver, Jake the manager, and Neil run a clean and simple operation with no surprises - everything is as advertised. I'm very pleased. Star Motors has that rare quality - integrity of service.

I found a Mercedes S 550 that I was looking for. I worked with Neil and Jake on putting the deal together. I flew from Cincinnati to their location. The car was detailed and ready for the 600 mile drive back! I highly recommend Star Motors!!!
