Very thoughtful and kind people at this Kia location, always make sure I am good to go before they take my car back and offer free tv/coffee ect, I sit outside mostly and enjoy the day when its nice and they always seem to knock the job out quicker then quoted, love the texts a few days prior to your service to see how well everything went and if anything else can be done to make the experience any better, thats how you do customer service right. -Robert
