Sold me a truck. Three months later the engine blew. They said "Too bad for you". No responsibility. No remorse. They got their money. When I had it looked at after, the mechanic showed me that the front axle was just hanging down, not even attached to the axle.

No auto dealer ever got back to me. After multiple times of trying. Not a good example.

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from RPM Motors in Aug 2019. It was a very good experience. I was initially looking at another SUV but Steve let me know it was sold and had another option for me. The SUV drove great it was very clean inside and out. They had changed the oil, new air, and oil filter, new tires and battery as well. Lisa was awesome at getting us the financing at the right rate for our budget. She made the process very easy and was very responsive to questions and when she received information.After we purchased the SUV a day later it was making a noise in the front end suspension and a few other things. Roger the service manager had his mechanic check all the problems I had found. Some were not covered under the warranty but Roger still fixed them with no hesitation. The loss of one star was because of the time it took to repair the Jeep. Their shop was overwhelmed with making sure new cars they received were ready for sale. He did make sure I had a loner car for a portion of the two week repair time.Overall a had a great experience with the staff and my buying experience. They are above and beyond many of the other small deals in the area with customer service and ethics.

Found a great truck at a great price. Anthony and Lisa did a great job. Lisa even bandaged a scrape on my wife's knee. The truck we bought has been fantastic. The only problem was with the tailgate linkage falling apart. We will definitely go back when we are in the market again.

I flew from Dallas to buy a car at RPM, and they were helpful in the whole process. They sold me a car that, 3 months in, I'm still ecstatcally happy with, Kudos go out to Anthony for handling the sale, and to Lisa Rosselli who gave me heroic last-minute help in getting my car registered here in Texas. Highly reccommended.

Great prices on a great selection of cars! Not your typical salesmen, Steve and Anthony are great with a no-pressure approach. Quality offer on the trade-in, too. We came for one car, ended up not being the right one, came back a week later for a different one! I am extremely picky and have done most purchases at major dealerships but these guys were super impressive! Excellent extended warranty options as well.
