A wonderful transaction!

First of all, I need to retract my previous review. There was a series of miscommunications that caused me to think there was a major problem. There was not. This dealership has really come through with a great transaction. I am very happy with their attention to detail and ease of completion. Both Sam and Sean were most helpful. Special attention was given to my being out of state and having someone else stand-in for me. The car, a 2010 P T Cruiser, was nicely detailed and ready to go. Thanks, you guys!

Sleazy Dealership

I went to Sam looking for a jeep and he sold me on an 05 jeep Grand Cherokee, after selling me the warranty with the car, I paid about $8,000. Not even a week later the car starts to have all these lights come on, and it wouldn't pass DEQ. By Oregon law any car sold through a dealer must be able to pass DEQ, he failed to do that with my car and now I have a $1400 bill and the warranty will only cover half. I tried to speak with Sam and seeing how he would make this right, instead he turned it around on me and blaming me. NEVER TRUST THIS MAN and NEVER BUY FROM HIM!

Sold me a car saying it was in great condition and had a whole bunch of work. Got mad I would not pay the extra $1500 for the “warranty” got home the car had no oil and now can’t even be driven after overcharging for everything.
