Danny was not pushy and very knowledgeable. He helped us through the process of buying and answered questions after we got car home. Zack in the service department was also very helpful taking care of a brake issue that we discovered 2weeks after buying it. He got it taken care of for no charge👍

Zack in service was great got me Lyft home and back to dealership while car was being worked on. I bought car and 2weeks later found a problem with th front rotors. They replaced them and also the pads. I don’t know if pads even needed replacing. Will recommend them

Would give zero stars if possible. They exercised predatory pricing and tried to sell me the car for significantly more than was stated on their own website. They neglected to disclose the discounts list on their site and tried to charge and additional $5k for market adjustments. In addition they did not honor the estimated trade in from the website. Overall, a waste of time. The only value in the trip was solidifying that I will never buy a car from them in the future.

Thomas, due to current market conditions some of our inventory may have a market adjustment. Trade values are always subject to appraisal as we have no way of verifying condition until the vehicle is actually at the dealership. Watch for deceptive business practices. I got an email from the dealer I work with that they want to buy my truck. A few weeks later I get an email about buying a new car at INVOICE. According to all car sites and an offer from Carmax my 2 year old truck is worth around $38k. A new truck lists at $45k with an invoice around $41k. Their first offer was a $22k trade in difference. What??? Dealer stated they don't sell trucks at INVOICE although their email said just the opposite. So what does he do??? Comes back with an offer at $14k difference and lowers the trade in value of my truck. $8k less in 30 minutes...but still at least $10k from what a reasonable deal should be. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.

STAY AWAY!! PRICES SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN ADV

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! We looked at a vehicle that was advertised for a set price. When we were working with the manager somehow he calculated that over the term of the loan we would be PAYING $10,000 over this sales price. We are prequalified with an excellent rate from our credit union. After we left I realized the manager had added on thousands of dollars to the sales price and was NOT HONORING their advertised price for the vehicle we were going to buy. I realize this is a crazy market to buy a car but dealing with a DISHONEST business is not acceptable

I've been looking for a Toyota Tacoma for a week and when I decided on the final truck I talked to the sales person and the dealership tacked another $4000. extras from the advertised price. Tint was $1200 this usually cost about $140.00. I hope that the managers and personnel aren't the type of people that complaint about the inflation when businesses like this are creating it.

The information about protection packages and additional equipment is displayed on the Right Honda website on every vehicle information page in bold print at the bottom of every preowned vehicle listing. Additionally, our staff will provide a complete price breakdown via text, phone, or email for customers inquiring about the price of a preowned vehicle so there is no misunderstanding before coming down.

Michael, yes we are currently applying a market adjustment to MSRP on some models due to limited supply and increased costs. I contacted the dealership regarding a potential purchase. In this case it was a used 2018 Volkswagen Jetta FWD Sedan 4D Sedan 5-Speed Manual w/OD 57,382 Miles listed for $16,419. I sent an inquiry about the car. Eduardo, was so gracious to respond and set up an appointment for the next day to see and test drive the car. The next day when I arrived, he explained the story of the car, saying that it was traded in by one of the coworkers, because he was expecting twins. Awwwwwe!! However, by the time he went back to get the car that was “being detailed”, this car sustained so many “damages” that it was no longer available for sale and it would be sold to the auction instead. When I asked if it is that bad that I cannot even test drive it, he told me that the windshield is damaged. So no, I was unable to test drive it. I find this quite fascinating for just earlier that day, Eduardo sent me a text message exclaiming how excited he is and looking forward to meet me. I guess the windshield smashed somewhere afterwards but seems to have magically repaired itself for it looked good in the “newly listed” image that shows up on Carfax. I wonder if the coworker still owns it and has no plans to trade it anytime soon, yet he uses it to lure people to these sharks, for I have no better descriptors for them! And wait, it gets better, for later when I saw the car listed again I called the dealership to inquire about it, and it was still there, with no damage, waiting to be seen. All I have left to say is shame on you Eduardo and everyone at the Right Honda, more like Shady Honda, for wasting my precious time! Luckily I shall take my hard earned cash to a dealership that doesn’t psychologically manipulate their potential clients, so I guess, thank you!

I have complained against this dealership before; however, Skylar called me and said that they have improved their service and to give them another try. I reluctantly agreed and asked for the out the door (OTD) price on the Civic EXL on the lot. Skylar said the MSRP was $28065 but they have included add ons of $1995 plus TTL. And he went on to say that I must come in to sign the deal in person. I took my son yesterday to view the car and Skylar assigned another guy to handle the transaction. Skylar disappeared. So the new guy was afraid to give the OTD price so he had another manage step in. This manager, an older man, proceeded to say the car now will cost MSRP + Add ons + MARKET ADJUSTMENT! $28065. + 1995.00 + 5,999.00! I got upset and yelled at him and scratched his document and informed him THAT WAS NOT WHAT SKYLAR had offered. At this point I walked out and left a scathing voicemail for Skylar, that how could he stoop so low and have me travel over an hour to the dealership and changed the deal at the last minute by adding another $5999.00 to the agreed price! What xxxxxxxx. THIS IS IT. I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT NOW THEY ARE REALLY DEAD TO ME. BUYERS BEWARE OF THE LAST MINUTE UNDERHANDED GREEDY GAME PLAYING. I asked the dealer how can they justify thousands of dollars on market adjustment yet the dealer cost from the manufacturer is the same. I am still waiting on their reply.

JP, we are sorry you had such a frustrating experience with us. It does not appear that Skylar had the opportunity to make the adjustment in the price that you talked about over the phone before you left. Dealerships can be very hectic places and our staff can get tied up working with customers. I am sure that if Skylar was given the opportunity to get involved with making the deal for you, things may have ended up differently. Then skylar should be better trained and ask for help BEFORE I made the trip. He and you should know better. This is pure dishonesty abusing the consumer.

What I do not get is that how can you charge ridiculous market adjustments when the dealer cost has remained constant. The manufacturer Is not charging you market price adjustment. You are laughing all the way to the bank with pockets full of unjust cash markups. You are just xxxxxx the consumers! BUYERS BEWARE THE DEALERS COST HAVE REMAINED CONSTANT.

Mike was gracious. Not pushy at all. Respected our privacy. Scott was decent but did not try harder to secure some saving for us. Or he tried but the other hansho did try. Tate was knowledgeable and explained things with clarity. He can be a great salesman as well. All in all, the jury is till out on Honda. We will see how they react to issues in the future. BTW, the vehicle did have the owner manual. I would really like to have one.
