The car was filthy inside.
The car was filthy inside. Candy wrapper on the floor, spilled liquids with sticky residue on various spits of the cars interior. Car smelled musty, the entire floor was disgusting and dirty. I will never go there again. The last time we looked at a car on their lot was about 4 years ago and that car smelled like a huge ashtray.

FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND VERY HELPFUL. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE AND HELPFULNESS BY JOHNNY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO DO ANOTHER DEAL WITH THIS DEALER
My daughter bought a car there just yesterday. The sale of the vehicle was good. Shelly and Eric were friendly and Professional. But, everything changed when we met their detailer this AM, Johnny. Very rude, and UNprofessional. Will not recommend this business to anyone or return for anymore car purchases, thanks to Johnny!
Salesman was very helpful and friendly. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in my price range. This is the 3rd vehicle that I purchased from them.
Great Dealership !!
Well this is my 2nd vehicle purchase in 4 years from Ricke Bros. The first one was a absolutely great running vehicle with no issues besides normal oil changes and tires. And was actually still running great when I traded it back in. Just wanted something with less miles and bluetooth and navigation. I must say the staff and quality of cars at every location is well above par. The staff at Ricke Bros is very knowledgeable about their vehicles. And they offer a great warranty for buying a used vehicle. I did make my 2nd purchase at Royal Motorcars off of Shelly who went above and beyond to get our vehicle inspected and cleaned up for the day we picked it up to leave on vacation. She also got us a great finance rate thru Members 1st and we did all the paperwork the same day. I would recommend Royal and Ricke Bros to anyone looking for a quality car at a fair price.
Seems like they cover up a lot
TL;DR they covered up bad body rust on a Ram 1500 and passed several cars' inspections that shouldn't have passed. Went here to get a truck. Looked around at a lot of the cars cause I was bored. The layout is sort of odd. The cars and most of the smaller trucks and vans are on one lot while the other trucks are on a separate lot that is a good 1000 foot walk away. Not terrible, but could be better designed. As I walked around looking at the cars and trucks, I noticed that most, if not all of them had inspections that expire in July of 2020. That's extremely odd, but not damning. What was damning is that several of the cars I saw had condensation in the headlights and/or the tail lights. For those that don't know, this fails PA state inspection. I only test drive two vehicles. A Dakota SLT extended cab and a Ram 1500 regular cab. Both drive very smoothly, although the 4wd shifter in the Ram was quite stiff. Of the two trucks, I was more interested in the Ram, so I did not do a super thorough look-over of the Dakota. The Ram had the same 7/20 inspection as most everything else, which means it was pretty recently inspected. Here are the things wrong with the Ram that shouldn't be wrong if it is up for sale on a lot: The wipers needed replaced The crankshaft pinion was leaking There was a leak in the upper radiator hose right where it met the radiator The tailgate need a good oil job really bad The 4wd shifter needed oiling too And there was bad body rust along the underside of both doors underneath the truck that had been sprayed with undercoat Of these things, the wipers and rust should have failed it for inspection. The pinion leaking might also be a failing point, but it was only a slight leak and that would be up to the inspector to decide if it fails. The fact that they passed it with the rust and wipers in the condition that they were and the fact that it appears they tried to cover the rust with undercoat tells me that they are in the business of buying shorty cars, putting in minimal effort to fix them, and then trying to cover up what they don't want to fix. I would give them 0 stars if I could, but I can't and what I did know about the Dakota seemed solid.
