Dealership was quick to respond but after initial inquiries determined that car that was advertised for $29899 was actually almost $33000 due to dealer add-ons of $880 for a clearcoat/resist-all sealant and $1500 for a vehicle service as well as $899 administration fee plus sales tax on these add-ons for a Lexus with only 27000 miles. Neither of these services were disclosed until final pricing presented. Lexus seals their paint at factory and the car had a full Lexus service less than 1000 miles earlier. If dealership wants to sell for $33000, don't advertise for $29,899 as this is a bait and switch process.

End of Lease: Purchasied my leased car.
I began my association with Randy Marion Buick GMC in 2016. They have an excellent Sales team and Service team. I have always had my questions answered and have never felt rushed. This visit in 2022 was no different! My lease was ending, so I decided to purchase the car. Thanks to everyone....great dealership!

I recently purchased a new 2022 Canyon AT4 from Randy Marion in Huntersville, NC. My salesman was Henry. Henry was knowledgeable about my truck and its accessories. He was friendly and not pushy about making the sale. I appreciated that a lot. Henry found some body damage on my truck and pointed it out to me. The dealership fixed the damage at no cost to me. I was impressed with Henry and the dealership's integrity. I highly recommend this dealership and Henry for purchasing a GMC vehicle.
Great place to buy and service a vehicle
Service department was wonderful. Greeted warmly and kept up to date on service by our service rep, Cynthia. Our former salesperson, Alex, was there in the dealership and stopped by to check on our truck, how we were doing, and made sure everything was going ok.

Will Brown and Joe Hanson are top notch customer service oriented. They have always been a pleasure to work with and have always had my best interest at heart. This is my 9th vehicle I have purchased from Randy Marion Huntersville and as long as Will and Joe are working there they have my business for life. You guys ROCK!!
I bought this car on 6/8 with a delivery set for 6/10.
I bought this car on 6/8 with a delivery set for 6/10. I finally got my car the following week 6/14 only to have to return it as the engine, tire pressure and several other warning light came on as I was returning the car because of the tire pressure light and a loud humming noise were coming from car. Will came and picked it up. The catalytic converter needed changed, a tire pressure sensor was replaced as well as several other repairs. I finally got my car on 6/27. I was quite frustrated and upset with all the delays, but eventually was won over when the delivered the car had hoped for in good working condition. It was a long battle but Will and Randy Marion stood by and delivered. Thank you Will and the service team at Randy Marion, I really do like my new used car.

From the moment I called them, they were welcoming, friendly, caring, and warm. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being awesome, I would rate hem a 10. Every person I came into contact with was very helpful. The person crunching my numbers was very knowlegable and informative. The actual salesperson was friendly and knowlegable. I was given instructions on features of the car. I gave the car a test drive. I was even told to call when I got home.
