I came in to test drive two specific cars so there wasn't a real need to be sold in a car. The nice thing was I was allowed to take the cars out on a test drive by myself, given plenty of time to really make sure I was happy with the tests. Joe, the Finance Manager, was a pleasure to work with, very genuine and sympathetic to my situation of trying to rebuild my credit and life after a painful breakup. It was a painless and very fair negotiation on the price, and he was very honest and upfront about the entire process. I drove off with my dream car and would recommend anyone searching for a high quality used car to check this place out. My salesperson worked their part time, didn't seem too knowledgeable about cars but fortunately for me it wasn't necessary. She was very pleasant though and made the process enjoyable. Joe is the most genuine person that I've ever met in the Auto Sales industry and would recommend stopping by based on him alone!

Bought a Mini Cooper from Quality. They went over and above for us. We live in Alaska so we used FaceTime to look at the car they took it to the barge for us really nice folks to work with! I would highly recommend them. Would purchase from them again for sure.... Oh and I love my car!

Was looking for a car for my 17 year old son. Visited many dealership before coming to Quality auto. Was met by very friendly salesman Vafa who explained in details advantages of 2006 Honda Civic that he had on display. Not only I was allowed to test drive the car extensively on Sunday, but I also got to take a car to my mechanic for 5 hour inspection on Monday. Car was clean as advertised with just two minor issues that the dealer fixed the same day. Result? We bought Civic with no hassle for a competitive price. Will come back when my younger turns 16.

My credit score is ok and recommended that I went to BECU to get a car loan and I got an amazing 4.5 interest rate. I got approved for a loan that was $1,300 under what quality auto was asking for and Allen was kind enough to help me out and lower the price even though he had the car online for 1 day!
