Horrible customer service
Looked at the google reviews, thought this dealership was the one. Nope. Put in an inquiry for a 2009 Civic, never got a response back. No texts, no emails, no calls. Few days later, car is no longer on their website and others. Then I get an email from Precise stating I “disappeared”. I definitely will disappear now and look at other dealerships that actually have existent customer service.

I was extremely interested in this car but NO ONE got back to my attempts to reach you / the buyer, other than the generic 'a sales rep will get back you' replies. I eventually gave up and assumed the car was no longer available. Then, a week later I got an email with a 'where did you go, Denise?' stating the car was still available. My husband called immediately upon receipt of the email, thrilled and ready to pay cash, but when he did was informed the car was sold over the weekend. Very unhappy with the whole customer service, lack of response and misinformation. Very poor rating.
“Back End Products Scam.” Forced warranties
The reason y’all are using the payment packing scam is to increase y’all’s chances of making more gross profit on the car sale which is lower end vehicle. This increases the commissions of the sales managers, car salesman, and the overall profit for the your car dealership. It also helps out the finance manager by giving you the illusion the backend products y’all offered us are not as expensive. Very dishonest then you say I worked very hard on your car deal. The only way I could get your deal approved was by adding an extended warranty and GAP insurance to the deal.” LIAR! Scam

Sent a message about a Honda Element and delivery dealership didn't have the common courtesy to reply they must not be interested in selling.
Avoid this place! We bought a car for $16,650 that was unsafe to drive! We live 177 miles away and as soon as we got on the highway the car was overheating and the steering wheel was making clunking noises. We immediately brought the car to a mechanic that told us this car never could of passed safety inspection (which they claim passed on 1/25 in their possession) and it was unsafe to drive. We immediately called the dealership to return the car. I must of called this place 8 times to get ahold of this manager. When he finally decided to speak to me he was completely rude. They’re refusing to do anything about this and won’t fix or take the car back. They expect us to pay for the repairs. They said we bought the car as is which was technically illegal because it has major safety issues. They’re claiming the car wasn’t like that when we bought it which is a complete lie, we had the car for less than a half hour when the problems started showing and in their possession for almost a month. Had we of just read the lowest reviews and this managers responses we would of NEVER gone here. We put our trust in this place and they just proved their lowest reviews right. They do not care about their customers they only want your money.
I’ve had my car for 3 weeks. The first day I bought it home the floor was wet and covered with plastic. I assumed they shampooed the carpet because it wasn’t this way when I looked at the car the day or two before. Boy was I wrong. A day later the car smelled of mildew and I tried for a week to let it dry. Then I noticed water pooling under the carpet on the drivers side. Took it to a mechanic and he says there’s a leak somewhere and I need to go to a body shop as he fixed the a/c line—unclogged it and there’s still a leak. All this to say, to spend 9,200 on a used car, have it less than three weeks and put maybe 200 miles on it (half of that driving from the dealer) tells me there was a KNOWN issue with this car. “As is” is one thing. “Lemon laws” is one thing. Purposely selling junk is something else entirely. I am seeking legal advice and will post this Information across all platforms.
Was told everything would be perfectly fine for financing, when I arrived they threw the brakes on me, after I advanced all the information, and even asked if the financing company needed any further information. Woman there said no, everything is good to go. When I got there, it was a complete hassle, financing, and even after stating that I do not have a co-signer, they asked me for one anyway. So they clearly do not listen. I wasted a lot of time driving across the state to get a car, that I couldn't buy. Total waste of time. Entire area is a complete cluster-f. Just pay the money and go to a real BMW dealership. At least you can get screwed better and get some complimentary snacks. Would
Went to look at a vehicle and nowhere did the ad mention it was a project car, thankfully I live in Sterling,VA which is only 15-20 miles away. Got to the dealer to inspect the vehicle (Porsche 944) and the car had multiple issues, paint runs (3 in the same spot) on the driver front quarter panel and the paint condition on the car overall was poor, arm rest storage cover wasn't attached to the center console, no record of a timing belt change, both seats were ripped, dates codes on the tires were from 2012 and many other issues. I didn't have the heart to tell the owner that the car they listed for $9k was actually only worth $3.5k to $4k in it's current condition. Run, don't walk away from this dealer.
