Communication about delivery could have been better. But hey, it was free. My guy even came early in the morning, so I wasn't even late to work. Everything else was good. I got a fair price and no surprises, even though I bought it sight unseen. It's an EV, and they even charged it before delivery.

I tan into some issues but they took care of everything. Great owner and staff!

Everyone was very helpful and kind, a joy to work with. I especially appreciated delivering my old car to me, so I could drive the new one home!

i went into PNW Luxury not expecting anything because at this point i’ve been to 8 different dealerships and no one could/would help me. When I tell you James did EVERYTHING in his power to make sure i got the car i wanted, believe me. Everyone told me it was almost impossible to trade my car in, i was in a bad spot with it, he made it happen. He wasn’t grimey like you would think a used car dealership would be, he wasn’t pushy and was super realistic. I would honestly recommend this dealership and dealing with James to everyone. which i already have. I probably could’ve cried leaving this place out of excitement.
