Great Experience! We just took our new Toyota Sienna AWD mini van up to Crystal mountain. WOW, it went right up the snowy pass without any problems. Amazing traction control system. Robert at Platinum said he has driven one on many occasions on icy roads and it performed awesome. We are going to take it to Whistler Canada with the whole family and cant wait to see how great it does! Thanks Platinum we love our van!

The staff at Platinum Autos was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were very efficient throughout the sales process and did not waste our time. Austin, our Salesman, was by far and away the easier sales person we have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was very honest with us in regards to our trade in value and what the dealership would need to receive for us to make a deal. We stated our offer and within 2 minutes Platinum Autos had accepted. From there we only spent an hour to sign all of the paperwork and finalize the deal. This was the quickest experience we have ever had while buying a car. Platinum Autos made the car buying process fun and painless. Whether you are buying a car for $20k or $100k you will be treated with the same respect. I highly recommend this dealership and plan on calling Austin the next time we buy a car.

"Great Experience " New to the brand, we visited this Platinum Auto after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local dealership. I called to inquire about a Rover that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Rob and he was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with him to see that and another Rover. Rob was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of purchasing a Rover that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Rob if you are considering a Land Rover .

"Excellent Customer Service" Our recent experience with Platinum Autos was absolutely wonderful. This is my 3rd BMW in last 6 years. Before the recent purchase, for a change we visited Audi, Mercedes and Jaguar but ultimately could not receive the level of service and ultimate driving machine experience. Aside from the awesome SUV we ended up with, I think the professionalism of the staff, especially Robert helped make our experience exceptional. We had a small misunderstanding at the time of delivery, very late in the day. But the next morning, Robert made our purchase satisfactory. Austin in the finance was also very easy going. Overall, a great purchase and we'll be back for sure.

"Purchase of GLC300" - JOSEPH V. I went on line to explore the purchase of a Mercedes SUV and saw a vehicle that interested me, I began an on-line chat with a rep who directed me to Austin the local salesman. Austin followed up immediately by phone and we set up an appointment for a test drive the next day that was convenient for me. I must add that this was Austin's day off, but still made it work my schedule. He met me and had the vehicle ready for me to view and test drive. We haggled a little over my trade in but I got what I thought was a very fair trade in price and purchased a GLC 300. I was in and out with the new vehicle in under 2 1/2 hours. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly throughout the process. He has called me several times over the past week to check in with me to be sure everything is good. Overall it was probably one of my best car purchasing experiences ever. I will also add that I live 10 minutes from another dealer but chose Platinum Autos because of the response from Austin. I highly recommend Austin and Platinum Autos.

Hi everyone I am sorry for taking your time. I feel as though I want to share my recent experience with platinum auto with you guys and girls. I almost died in a motorcycle accident and was blessed to be given a second chance. I decided I was gonna live better and enjoy life alot more this time. Plus my wife band me from motorcycles and I couldn't blame her. So I have always wanted a Range Rover so I was searching really hard and found one at platinum autos in Bellevue. Mind you I am from everett so I decided to go check it out. It was right up my price alley and I prayed it was meant for me so test drove it and it was fine. Plus the carfax was solid So I waited a few days and decided to purchase it they were so great and helpful with getting me in the vehicle. So I left from work on lunch break to finish up transaction and drove back to work excited and happy. On my way home engine starts smoking and low coolant light comes on. So I have to vehicle towed to Z sports euro in everett were I live. The tell me they think it's a coolant pump but need to further access the situation. I called platinum to aware them of situation and was told Robert took his family to Hawaii which I am thankful they all had a safe return. So I would have to wait for him to return authorize repairs to my vehicle. A day later Robert got in touch with the mechanic shop and there was disagreements on repairs and pricing. So the shop agreed to do the work for his shops repair cost and they dropped the price significantly. So naturally I was hoping for platinum to cover cost of repairs since they got them to drop to their price. Nope didn't happen so to get my vehicle plus towing back I was charged 1000 dollars. Note during this period of a week for me to come up with them money platinum did prove me with a loaner. So my wife picks the vehicle up and finds out after a few stops it wouldn't start so because of the disagreements with z auto I decided to take it to land rover range jaguar lynwood. So another tow bill ensues and repair cost totaling 3000 this time. I reach out to Robert who says price is outrageous and his guy can do it cheaper. I live in everett wa so I ask are you gonna pay for the tow not to even mention 300 dollar diagnosis. He said no and he wanted the loaner back which I was given a extra day. But to me that negates the fact that I have a whole new set of expenses and problem but it there car what can I say. So he told me to get the car to Marco his guy and the price of the fix would be cheaper no the tow or diagnostics would be covered. So I said forget it I'll pay out of pocket again and I'll take it as a lesson learned a very costly one but I am still alive right so that's my experience with platinum autos.
Hi Harris, I'm so sorry to hear what your repair shop did to your SUV. The warranty company called us to tell us that they tried to summit two fake claims. The actual problem was a loose hose clamp. The warranty shop has banned that shop from ever summiting any claims again and have been turned into the Attorney generals office. What bad luck to bring your SUV to a shop like that. Then when you picked it up and the JUMP started the Rover when it says on the battery DO NOT JUMP START. Then they damaged your start/stop button module from the power surge from jumping it is crazy. They had no right to ever work on a sophisticated vehicle like your Rover. I'm glad you called and realize we have absolutely nothing to do with this horrible situation. Thanks The Internet Division
Laid Back No Pressure Environment!
? Laid Back No Pressure Environment! ? This was my first experience with Platinum Auto. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Austin, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Austin as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Austin went above and beyond when I had questions about carafax info... He was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.
