This dealership always makes me feel like I own the most expensive car in town! Always happy to answer my questions and appreciate that I ask. I had my car serviced recently and I felt the quality of personal customer care assistance was exceptional and "old fashioned" What I mean by "old fashioned" is going back to a time when you were the most important person to them and you didn't feel they were rushing you out and on to the next person. Kudos for being totally present BMW! Also, my service rep, Fernando was outstanding!!

Once again Peterson Service Dept provided an excellent
Once again Peterson Service Dept provided an excellent repair on my X5. Parts needed to be ordered to make the repair. Ryan kept me in the loop when they arrived, got my car in the shop and completed the service.

Ryan was very helpful in getting my car in and repaired in a timely manner. He dealt with a third party extended warranty company and delivered the car repaired as explained and expected. When picking up the car, the inspection report stated that further repairs were needed/advised and the report stated that the repairs were deferred. I was never contacted to either authorize or defer these additional repairs so this is an inaccurate statement as I cannot defer repairs that I was unaware of. I have to travel 150 miles to the dealership for service and or repairs and it would have been nice to have been informed of the additional repairs so that I could have authorized the repairs and saving myself another trip. Peterson BMS does great work but this is an area were customer service fell short and could be improved. Mike

Service at Peterson’s BMW has been excellent over the
Service at Peterson’s BMW has been excellent over the last 17 years. The work is accomplished in a minimum of time and a fair price. This is largely due to service manager, Rafael Cuevas, knowledge of the product and concern for quality. Recently, Madison White, assistant service advisor, has been very helpful with communication and other support on more than one occasion.

Great customer service from the service department! Service indicator light was not turned off during routine maintenance. After reporting the issue, the service manager actually drove to my house that evening to reset the car’s computer so that I would not be inconvenienced. Above and beyond what I expected!
