Called service dept. To get a base price on front end alignment for my challenger for some reason they wouldn't give it with out seeing the car every other place i called could give me a base price. Still like the dealer just a minor annoyance maybe they can work on it.

The follow up after spending $50k on a new vehicle is terrible. Do not take the vehicle off the lot until everything that is supposed to he done is done. Also don't count on the service department to communicate with you. Expect not to have your vehicle back the same day for what was originally said to be a 3hr job. Very poor communication.

We have been in contact with the General Manager. Time will tell depending upon what happens on Friday. It is too bad that it had to escalate to this point before the service department started caring about their level of customer service.

This dealer ship is jus bs they got my car for transmission problems had it a month before they fixed it gave it back to me it was driving worse took the truck back the diagnostic told them it was smithing that was 1600 never even happened before they changed tranny now they had my truck for 3 hole weeks won’t give me a date a car or a answer jus keep sayin waitin on parts I hate service they new hole new staff from linnie joe to heather wverbody can go they dnt call an give me jus information on where they are nothin lucky I dnt spazz out in there foreal an every time I’m go they lookin scared as xxxx I hate this dealership mad I got a dodge now

Had my truck since the 19 of last month no loner car still got it today really haven’t earned no credibility with me I won’t refer a soul to this dealership they sit there like they jus all managers an dnt have a clues Whts goin on

Will never bring my jeep back for service there again. Was having an issue with the way my jeep was shifting they said they fixed the problem cost $117 dollars and they didn’t fix that problem plus caused my jeep to have more issues. No one I spoke to was friendly at all.

I bought a Jeep from this dealer a couple of weeks ago, and when I left the lot there was obviously a major and potentially deadly problem with the steering. I managed to get the Jeep home, and called them to try and get the problem solved but they told me the car was sold as-is and basically it's my problem now. I also noticed it was running hot on the way home so I popped the hood and the coolant was completely empty. Oh, and one of the tail lights was out. I had to come in for an unrelated thing and talked with the sales manager, and he pretty much gave me a sorry-not-sorry response and obviously just wanted me to leave him alone. What I'm trying to say is, if you are planning on buying a used car here - you probably shouldn't, they literally don't even look at them before listing them for sale. You'd probably get a better deal on Craigslist honestly, or at least a better chance that the seller knows what you're buying.

I’ve visited two other dealerships before finding the truck I wanted at Performance Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram. My salesman Wes did a great job. He was very thorough and got me the deal I wanted.
