Don’t trust and run away as they don’t respect you
Troy Johnson has been calling me to co-sign my car and claimed that he would provide the best services whatever needed to help the process and help arrange anything needed. Sounded nice, right? Completely dishonest. Today I wrote him a text “ Hi Troy, how are you? Would your shop has some time to do an inspection report for my car? I could bring it in today.” He asked me to come in. As soon as we met, he immediately asked me to sign paperwork. When I told him I wanted to do an inspection first. He immediately switched and told me that he couldn’t do anything about that as it was a different department. He would only help if I signed to consign the car first. I showed him the text that I specifically asked for an inspection. Why he asked me to come in then? He started yielding at the bottom of his lunge that I disrespected him and asked me to “get the xxxx out of here. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He kept yielding for a while and asked me to leave immediately as I didn’t respect him.
McKay was great.
McKay was great. He helped me through all the purchase steps. He sent me multiple videos to see the condition of the vehicle. He helped in the negotiations.
Dishonest
Please be aware this dealership is dishonest they are not a real Aston Martin dealership and sold me a car that cannot drive at all they shipped it to me to Brooklyn NY and do not answer calls or help out the service and experience was the worse than terrible !!

Ryan refunded my deposit and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. Thank you Ryan for helping resolve the issue. I am very pleased with Ryan doing the right thing.

Better than average dealership, I have no problems with them. Their choice of used inventory appeals to me and that's all that I really care about.
Just okay...almost okay.
I wish that I believed that the dealer cared as much about my satisfaction with the purchase as much as they're desire to sell the car. Also, it would have been nice to get a key that didn't fall apart when I use it...it would have been nice to get both keys. I should have walked away from this deal.
Flew from MN to see a poor example of a car
Called about a used ftype 4 days ago. Car has 25k miles. Rene says it is in very good condition, what you'd expect from a car with this mileage and has a couple rock chips, and tires with 40% life. Fly out today from Minneapolis to Seattle. Go look at the car and it is beat up, inside is dirty, the entire rocker panel is trashed with thousands of rock chips on both sides like it was tracked, the front bumper has two separate foot long scratches through the paint, the lower lip has paint flex, there are 3 noticable dents about dime size on the car, a tire has a huge gash in it 4 inches long, all tires are at about 20% tread life, scratches all over the car, the rear diff is leaking, the driver air vent is damaged, and the passenger leather is worn. I show the guy all the issues, and he says that is normal wear for a car with this mileage. I tell him I'm not buying the car it basically needs a full paint job and 1k detail and to take me back to the airport. Lost a thousand in flights. Thanks Park place ltd.
Consignment services
I am very disappointment on consignment services with Bryan and Chris at this private owned dealership . As a sales manager for myself, it is not very often that I would file a complaint to another servicing company. Since I signed up the consignment agreement, I have not seen any best value and descent efforts that consignment team contribute in sales/marketing ; except by telling me how much deprecation of my car in progress during two times conversation in 60 days. I totally feel the intimidation and frustration with low ball offer to sell my car. In the beginning, I choose Park Place Ltd over others to consign my sport car, it is because of Bryan's consistency calls and kind of well known exotic car dealership in WA. Afterwards I don?t see any true professional services experiences during my consignment period ? lack of communication /follow-up.
Thanks, Alan- The 'big picture' and a very integral component of your story that you've left out here is the fact that your Ferrari sold in a reasonable time period, and you then received a dollar amount for it to which you had agreed and deemed acceptable. We must say that we're a tad perplexed and scratching our heads with your 1-star review. The consignment aspect of selling autos is both interesting and challenging. We provide an opportunity for immense global exposure through our vast marketing channels, with the car always available for viewing and the seller not having to deal with the hassles of trying to sell their vehicle. We can certainly discuss, in depth, the marketing efforts that were put forth for your particular car. As well, we are certainly open to communication and input from you regarding the team's services during your car's consignment period. That being said, we can count thousands upon thousands of happy and successful consignment clients over our 30+ years of selling the finest cars that believe the Park Place Ltd. Consignment Department is nothing short of The Very Best in the Business! Found a Mercedes!
We found the Mercedes we never thought we would have. It?s a white 2014 gl450 and it was obviously well taken care of before us. We dealt with Rick who was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was pleasant to talk to. The cars they have on their showroom are insane. It kept my 10 yo and 7 yo occupied, kind of like Disneyland for car enthusiasts except you cannot touch anything. :) We worked the deal and came to agreement on terms, much better that I thought we would. Most of the communication was through text messaging which is perfect. We went to the dealer to test drive on a Friday and after some more research and a little comparison shopping we bought on the following Wednesday. With Rick?s help this was the car for us. Very low pressure and very helpful. I bought the extended warranty, originally the price was too high the finance guy came back ?at cost? who knows, but after calling around and checking online I feel like we got an awesome deal on that too.

A must-visit destination for any car enthusiast. Incredible selection of cars in a first-class facility. The BMW M4 was impeccable and even better in person than described on the phone. Hunter is an outstanding salesman and knew everything about the several cars I looked at. Could not possibly have had a sweeter buying experience.
