Shame-full Business Practices
TLDR: Purposeful Junk Car Sold For Thousands. Fake interior view on this website. Sold me ( a young inexperienced buyer) a junk car which they knew was junk and sold it under list price and under the table, cash. Their mechanic and the owner told me the problem was just an O2 sensor replacement, even gave me a free O2 sensor. But failed to mention they recently replaced the spark plugs and unplugged a few distributor caps. My mechanic explained the engine is junk and that the car was recently worked on to try and mask the real problems once they realized they couldn't fix it without a new engine. I would give 0 stars if possible. Shame-full business practices.
All Flash No Substance. - junk for sale
My experience was appalling. As I was there there was another customer complaint about the poor quality and difficulties she had with auto purchases. The manager was beyond rude and disrespectful. Later I learned a lesson when my auto failed after two days and paying cash. I reviewed Better Business records and found hundreds of complaints. This company’s license should be taken. Try behave like xxxxx.
Bought a used vehicle
Thought they were short handed Andre took care of us. We appreciate his work ethic to get us into a vehicle of our choice. Thanks.
Keeping me in the loop
Online I found a car that I was interested in. While they did their pre sale inspection they keep me informed of the process. Awaiting their call once the car is available for a test drive.
Never Again
Do NOT buy from them. I test drove a car which ran well. I purchased it. When it was delivered the check engine light was on and it would cut out at every junction. When I contacted them they offered to repair it for me for a charge. Run as fast as you can from them!!!!!!!!
Their Cars are Crap - Prices Very High
It's a muddy gravel lot. Every car I looked at had tons of problems. The one I test drove, broke down a mile fro the lot. They would not make any deals. Prices were way above KBB and Edmunds. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID. You will get a better deal almost anywhere else.
Very wide selection :)
I was impressed on the very wide selection of vehicles, as well when calling the staff that assisted me and my fiance was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and the different types of ways to buy/finance. Although I found my car through another entity for future purchases I would consider shopping here as well I would definitely recommend to to others/family. :)
STAY AWAY
I had a horrendous experience purchasing a vehicle from One and Only Motors. It would take an essay to cover it all, but the short version is the car I wanted to purchase had a check engine light on - they promised to repair it on a We Owe form if I put down a large cash deposit and I (foolishly) did. When my terrible salesman Savil called to say the vehicle was ready a couple of days later we drove the 40 miles back to pick up the car and it mysteriously wasn't there... We waited hours for the car to show back up as they frantically called around to various repair vendors and reviewed security camera footage to find it. Once located, their vendor brought it back and we test drove it to confirm the repair was completed. I finished the cash transaction and the check engine light came on again ON THE WAY HOME. I called my salesman who promised Serge, the owner would call me to make arrangements to repair it right away. That was three months ago. I took the car to the repair shop and it needed over $2K worth of repairs I have had completed. Since then - they promised the tag and title would come in the mail. Tag never arrived, had to go to the tag office and handle it myself. Title didn't arrive and I called the state two months later who had no record of the sale and said I would need to go back to the dealer. Called them and was told the person who handled titles would call me back. Right. On top of that, every time it rains there is a tsunami in the trunk! Please, please do not buy a vehicle from One and Only Motors. Don't walk, RUN!
fraudulent
Salesperson was great, but the facility itself is fraudulent. When you buy a car, they have you sign a "you owe/we owe" document that pretends to be a contract. It appears to have no legal effect. One and Only does not stand behind what they owe, and once you give your deposit to purchase a car, that money is gone (just ignore their claim of a 7-day refund; it's non-existent). They will also lie to you -- their salesman will say one thing, which I happen to have in writing; and their "enforcer" will say the opposite, claiming the salesman said no such thing, which I also happen to have in writing. They will additionally tack on extra fees to the original car price, after changing the advertised price of the car. (In my case, price went up $1000 after it was advertised on their website for less)
