Great new management. Very friendly and positive attitude with a beautiful showroom. Have lots of inventory and seem to be trying to improve their relationships with customers with drives in LA.

RAN LIKE A TRASHY USED CAR LOT CALLED IN AND WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH AND WHEN I CALLED IN TO COMPLAIN THEY SAID THAT IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLAIN I GUESS YOUR NOT WANTING TO BUY A CAR. BEING 60 AND AND WORKING TO ACHIEVE THIS LEVEL TO BUY, I WANT TO BUY FROM A DEALERSHIP THAT RESPECTS THEIR CLIENTS

Worst Dealership 3 months no plates no answer

Worst dealership.Bought a Rolls Royce Ghost 3 months ago delivered in with broken windshield and still waiting for plates.Viana wont answer calls or give us a update who to call for update on plates.Stay away from these guy.Once they get money its almost impossible to get hold of anyone.You shouldnt have to file a lawsuit to get licence plate and fix windshield ..STAY AWAY from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Beverly Hills

Poor customer service

I bought a Bentley from Michael about a month ago. What started out with great communication and transparency, concluded with me being ignored. Of coarse this was after they had their money. I was given an inspection report on the car and agreed to purchase the car with the knowledge that I would have to fix some things and I had accounted and budgeted for these things. When I received the car and sent to my mechanic to start this process. It was discovered then that the engine cover was missing and the 3rd brake light was in not working. I offered to handle the engine cover on my own but requested that they send me a third brake light that I would pay to install. On 3 separate occasions over the coarse of the next 3 weeks Michael stated he was on his way over to the service department to look into this. After the third week of hearing this explanation I concluded that either the service department is a very long walk from the retail department or that I was getting brushed off. Finally after repeated messages sent with no response I concluded the latter. The part I requested they send me probably would have cost them $500 dollars. You would think that after selling a $100k car they would have no problem with this. Especially since I offered to pay for the installation but I also offered to pay for the other item that was not disclosed either. That one was more expensive. It's sad really that they chose this coarse for no more than it would have taken to make a customer happy. This is very poor customer service and I would expect more from a dealership that sells this level of car.
