Stopped in to the dealership to look at options for trading in my much loved 2016 Ram 2500 for something more economical. It has been a difficult decision to make, but what was needed in my current situation. Nils met me in the parking lot and was very sensitive to what I was needing to do. At first, it seemed like the deal was not going to work out and I was bummed but Nils and his finance manager were able to think outside the box and we were able to come to a better solution than what I originally had in my head. This is a much better buying experience than I have ever had in the past with other car dealerships.
