I spent 3 days going in and out and procrastinating over a Toyota Tacoma I loved at Northwest Motor Sports . I was very hesitant because I did read some negative reviews before going in to see these guys. Robin and his finance team did everything to make me happy and i was not an easy sale and left nothing unchecked before signing the deal. The truck I was interested in was located in Puyallup and they brought it to Lynnwood just for me . They didn’t charge me or require a deposit to bring it in . But did request I drive a different vehicle to see if I liked it . I drove away today in my beautiful truck very happy with my purchase and terms. I was allowed to take the truck for a pre purchase inspection. This is important. Any additional fees were removed from my purchase agreement because I asked and let them know I did not want them . I’m not sure how the previous management was but there are some negative reviews and believe this is why they have all new staff and manager. Robin and his team have years of experience but are all fairly new employees to this location . If you see something you love don’t let these negative reviews detour you away from this business. Get in there , give them a chance and don’t hesitate to ask about fees. This is a real review that I am happy to report to others about my experience. I am not a relative or employee . I was simply asked to please give feedback with no pressure or kickback about my experience. And yes , occasionally there was a awkward moment but that’s the way buying a car is . Worked with our family really well. Not pushy at all and got us into a car that we love! Robin worked after we left to try to get us a better monthly payment. Steven was also really nice and got us done with paperwork really fast and easy.
