I am impressed with the service i received from my sales person HALIL KUZU (JIM). He was so knowledgeable, explained all the details of my Tiguan and answered all my questions with passion. And also he was so friendly, personable i felt so comfortable with him. It surprised me how a person cares this much. He took a good care of me and my wife. I am happy with my Tiguan Se R-line black. 10,000 mile service
Had my first service on my 2021 Tiguan. Was greeted by Aimee on arrival and she went over the process. Did need an alignment which was done along with my 10,000 mile service and a mass state inspection. Great to get everything done in one location. Everyone friendly and the waiting area and rest rooms are spotless.
