I went to Nissan of Boerne to purchase a car, when we stepped into one of the shared offices to complete the paperwork and provide our personal information, I noticed a very inappropriate posting on the wall. What caught my attention was the foul language being used, "HOT HOT HOT FU**ING M.I.L.F." (Mom I'd Like to Fu**) this was posted right next to the Southwest Protection Package which listed out the warranty. The posting on the wall went on to include the customers first and last name, phone number, location of her work, and hours she was working. It went on to describe her child as a "dorky a$$ band practicing child". They have not only violated the client/customer relationship but have lacked the necessary measures to protect their customers private and personal information. Not to mention, the unfair treatment of women. This was posted in a SHARED office where you had multiple Salesmen working in that office, bringing in all their customers, and not one employee thought this positing was in violation of any ethics or protocol. The culture of this company is disgusting! As far as the pricing, the price they advertise is false, they add on another $2,500 that is non-negotiable, they advertise a different price to get you in the door and then when you go to financing they add the additional cost, no longer making them competitive. They also under valued our trade in, we had 2 other quotes for our trade in, one at $27,500 and the other at $26,500...they offered us $22,000. Watch your back, because they are there to exploit you!

I’m a retired vet and my daughter is graduating this coming week on her way to college, Josh by a the grace of god called us unexpectedly on co calls from service dept had an offer worth looking into, with the help of his manager Mo and finance dept Mark got us into a new SUV and my daughter into a new car for college enroute to Texas Tech in the fall, thanks for the blessings gentlemen truly appreciate your help and hard work.

Nisan Altima 2020 Hail Damage

I bought my car 3 weeks ago with Mohammed, a Nisan Altima 2020, Communication was really fast when trying to sell me the car. Except for the part they didn't tell me about the hail damage until I arrived at the dealership from Austin. Not too far of a drive but its about 2 hours. I was a bit upset given the fact they didn't mention that important fact. To me eventually it was okay because Johnathan (SALES MANAGER) Assured me they will take care of the repair at no cost since they never mentioned it. They even assured me we will get it in contract (which we never did). I went for the car because I needed a car as soon as possible and also because I believed they were a professional dealership and took their word. These last 2 weeks I've spent my time calling them to get this repair scheduled and all Jonathan says is he will call me back all they are waiting for is the rental. this was a week ago. every time I call I get transferred to Jonathan who only sends me straight to voicemail now and is not professional enough to let me know they wont be helping me and they lied about it. Not once have they called me these past 2 weeks, I decided to stop calling and give them time to reach out to me but they have not done so and I don't think they will given the fact the last few times I've called JONATHAN sends me to voicemail. I've had to leave a Message with the receptionist. NOT PROFFESIONAL.

I purchased a 2018 Altima the price was 15995 I put 4000 down I didn't want anything extra I took the car home and 30 days later I still had not seen a contract!! I signed one piece of paper at the dealership the finance guy imputed my name on a contract I didn't see till too late!! I now have a 20% rate Nissan sent the lender a balance of 16045! Every month I pay $408 of that $9.63 goes to my balance!!! I have paid $11000 on my car already and I still owe 16595!!! Absolutely the worst dealership ever! I didn't even get to see my contract or sign it!!!

Shawna, I would appreciate having a conversation with you. I'm saddened that you did not have a completely satisfied experience here at the dealership. I could not find your car deal in my system. If you could reach out to me that way I could get a little more of your information so that i could access your deal and go over a few things that might help out. Like your last name, date of purchase, or vin number. My name is Leonardo Casas, I am the General Sales Manager here, 8303684600. I would like to assist with this as much as possible. I have never heard of that little going to the balance of a vehicle on a $400 mo payment. It may be a misunderstanding, I can go over the contract with you and reach out to the finance company to help you figure this out! Having paid in $11000 and owing more than what was financed seems concerning as well. Assuming the payments were made on time and full coverage insurance is kept on the vehicle, would be the only things that I would come with. As I said if you were to reach out and call me I will definitely do everything in my power to assist. Thank you and again i'm sorry you are less than completely satisfied.

Most dealerships are buying used cars at this time. I had an ad going on craigslist for my 2013 Nissan Leaf. I was contacted by various dealers wanting to purchase my car. I dropped mine off at Nissan of Boerne and left it for an appraisal. The next day a representative from Nissan of Boerne called and offered to buy the car. We agreed on a price and they told me to bring the title and fill out paperwork and they would give me a check. Later that same day they called and said there was a problem and they could not buy the car. I was very disappointed because we had already made an agreement. I talked with the manager and he tried to sell me a new car! Of course by then I was fed up with it all. I told the manager I would come get the car. Then I had to find someone to drive me over there to pick the car. I’m a disappointed disabled veteran and I don’t appreciate being treated like I just fell off the turnip truck.

Wayne i'm sorry you feel that way. You are a used car lot owner yourself. You were given a bid contingent on an inspection like all other dealers would do. Once inspected the battery on the Leaf you wanted to sell is not working. It saddens me that you would try to make it seem any different, as a dealer yourself! This had nothing to do with the fact that you are a veteran. We offer additional discounts to all of our veterans, and we have hundreds of veterans that we have sold that are happy. Not to mention the veterans that we employ. I would hope that you would not knowingly try to resell a 2013 Leaf with a bad battery to someone else on craigslist. #wesupportourtroops

They totally took advantage of my elderly parents, they only went in for oil change for their new car and somehow they got tricked into trading it in and getting a cheaper car with higher payments. I understand it’s a business but my poor parents were cornered into buying another vehicle because my Father was tricked into it by scruples people there. It’s a shame they have no compassion for other human beings. Really disappointed, no sense for humanity.

Hello, I'm saddened that your experience here was less than satisfactory. You came in with your father and we addressed all issues you all had. We at no time took advantage or tricked your father. I'm not sure at what time he was cornered, but I assure you he was not. You came in yourself to resolve any issues concerning your fathers deal and left in a brand new Nissan Murano. Once again I am sorry that you feel so disappointed. We were attentive, understanding, and assisted him into the upgraded SUV he wanted.

Horrible dealership that needs to be investigated. They are giving all auto dealerships a bad name. Big time bait and switch getting me to drive over 60 miles to view a new 2022 Pathfinder. Confirmed in inventory twice and with an appointment time prior to starting the journey. Guess what, never had it. Was a scam to get the customer in so they can flip you to something else. Nissan better watch this group because they are going to cost Nissan a Lot of business. They cost over $120,000 in sales today! They are quick to offer a tank of gas if you complain. Kiss my! Never ever do business with Nissan or Nissan Boerne. Just a den of thieves! I am still miffed and many other cuss words. Unethical, flim-flam, bait/switch, con artist, unscrupulous, are the cleaner things I can say!
