Awesome dealership
Mountain States Toyota in Denver is a clean, well-appointed and very professional dealership and everybody we dealt with from the receptionists to the finance people to sales was very pleasant. Our sales associate was Joe Solis. He was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable about our new Tundra, extremely warm and friendly, good sense of humor and was very fair and honest. We highly recommend this dealership and especially Joe Solis! Our 2022 Tundra is an incredible vehicle and we are VERY happy with it!

They don't negotiate
They have a great price for the car I'm interested in. They are unwilling to negotiate on my trade at all! I just want what my trade is worth. They offered 9k for a car that is worth 11.3k trade value with KBB. I'm not letting any dealership get my car for 9k and then put it on their lot for 15k. I might just buy their car without a trade...

New RAV4 Hybrid
Definitely a different new car buying experience than I ever had before, since there weren't any new cars on the lot. I did get a new car before the promised time, which was a pleasant surprise. I am thoroughly enjoying the new car.

I just purchased a car from Mountain States Toyota Service Center with the help of Doan Vu. I walked into the service center and he greeted us and was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. He will go above and beyond to show that he cares about the customers needs and that’s very important to me rather than just trying to make me by a car. He was personable and put a lot of effort into getting everything we needed done. He made sure that the car we were walking away with was a good, reliable and safe car. We enjoyed working with him and our experience at Mountain States Toyota Service Center. 100% recommended! The staff was also super attentive, personable and friendly!

Totally satisfied
After waiting for 11 months for my RAV4 to arrive – Daniel Healy and Ryan Darenberg shared my joy in its arrival. Dan kept us updated over the past year as supply chain issues and chip shortages delayed delivery. It was fun to monitor its final voyage and delivery from the west coast. In the dealership, they made sure that we were satisfied with the product and helped with service and protection options over the next few years. Totally satisfied.
