I always hated buying a car with such a long process and sales people just trying to get you to buy but buying a car from Mountain States set the standards so high that I don't think I'll ever buy a car from anywhere else.

My husband and I came to this dealership at the end of May looking to buy a new 4 wheel drive SUV. The amazing Joe Solis helped us by showing us similar used models that we were able to test drive and then immediately calling us when a new vehicle became available. Joe kept in contact with us frequently as it was being built, ensured that we test-drove the new vehicle and were completely satisfied with it, and spent hours ensuring we had a smooth, seamless purchasing experience. Paul from the finance office helped finalize the details and made sure we get the best coverage possible. Overall we had a wonderful car buying experience, never felt like we were being talked into anything we didn't want, and left the dealership with a brand new car in just over 1 month!
