This dealership is very questionable, salvage titles, Rolled back milage according to repair logs and car fax. Shame on Cars.com for supposing this car dealership. Did not buy and never will.

Dealership didn't even have the same cars on the lot as they had on the website.

I was extremely disappointed with their customer service! I tried many times to contact them concerning their Nissan Sentra, I'm not aware of any return of my calls are messaging. Very unprofessional! I'm very Thankful that I did not do business with this company , because if the initial attempt to contact them was a reflection of their products( automobiles) then I would assume that this would be a disaster!!!!

I called the location earlier today about a car that was listed on this website they said yes it was there and I asked if the price listed was the price they were asking for it they said yes that was the price drove all the way there when I arrived a good 90% of the vehicles sitting on the for sale line had body damage or flat tires the vehicle I was inquiring about was a Cadillac SUV 2010 model they were asking $1,999 when I inquired about it once I got to the lot that's it oh that was sold last week or that was sold two weeks ago or that was sent to auction so I asked about the other 15 that they had listed for sale at that price and they said they have none listed that price any longer they all went to auction the cheapest one that they say they had on the lot was $4,999 that is a far cry from the original price that they were advertising online when I informed him that with them advertising vehicles at one price and then trying to sell you vehicles $2,000 more is just down right false advertisement at which point he got up and walked away from me I recommend anybody that would consider going to this location reconsider and go somewhere that has a reputation for doing good not a reputation for being scam artist don't believe me look at the rest of the reviews that they have if I could give less than one star I would give them a negative 20 beware they are the typical wolf and sheep clothing in advertising cars for sale

Went today and the vehicles showing online are not in their lot. Meaning they aren't updating inventory on this website. Alot if the cars had completely flat tires. I've never been to a car lot that opporated in this state so we didn't stay long. However the employees were friendly and were prompt about meeting up.

No one answers the phone when you call them and it seems to be automated responses from a computer when they text you. Didn’t want to waste my time driving there

they have tele-marketers answering phones who speak poor English and know nothing about the cars advertised Originally told me they could take car to nearby mechanic since I am hours away...after I made the mechanic appointment, they said they could not take it since nobody physically works at the dealership. VERY STRANGE!

Call about BMW X-5 and if availed was told it was then rented car to drive 2-1/2 hours to Jacksonville…. There was no X-5 white. First person said no X-5 then next salesman said it was a scam and someone keeps posting pictures and talking to Customer till they get their location which there’s no car, then a woman said it was sold just last night but help me with another type car…. Biggest. Game of bait an switch !!! I lost whole day and 200 in travel to be cheated.. Now I know they are piers and cheats cause 3 different stories to boot

No reply about my vehicle enquirery. It’s been weeks and still have not heard back

Service was horrible. False advertising. People was all over the place upon arrival. No one assisted me
