This is not my first time buying a car or a new car. Toler and My salesperson K.C. Made this a wonderful experience. I initially went in about 5 or 6 months before I was ready. I like to take my time and research. I met K.C. on this day and made it clear that I was not ready to buy that day. He asked the obligatory "is there anything we can do to make this happen today" and when i said now that was it no pushing. He then helped me look at vehicles, answered any questions I had and overall just was a great sales person. During this search I went to 3 other dealerships. None of them understood the meaning of the words "not buying today" were overall rude or dismissive and pushy. This is why I decided to make my purchase at Toler. Fast forward to the day I was ready to purchase. I went in and K.C. was ready to help. I put down my deposit and ordered the vehicle exactly as I wanted it. During the 2 months it took for 2016 production to start and for the Vehicle delivery to happen the dealership and K.C. kept me advised of any updates and answered many questions. K.C. Answered questions on his day off and was extremely pleasant always. Day of delivery was K.C.'s normal day off. He came in and worked that day so he could be there when I took delivery. When he initially called me to let me know the car was there he told me it would be ready a few hours later than I needed to pick it up. When I mentioned this he asked me to give him a few minutes and moved the car up several hours for me. The finance department is not like the typical dealership finance department that makes you feel horrible and stressed out. Both of the young ladies I dealt with were professional and had the best customer service skills I have seen from financial departments in car dealerships. This is not a great dealership. This is an AMAZING dealership. All the staff was always pleasant and attentive. I never felt like an imposition like some of the other dealerships I interviewed. I hope this extends to their service department if I ever need it. My familys next car purchase will be from Toler. Even if I have to travel to get it from them.

Amazing overall expericance!
Dreading the experience of purchasing not only one..but two new vehicles, I was not looking forward to my recent adventure. Our situation was a little different, we were trading in a paid off pickup and a Jeep with a outstanding loan. Kevin McCarthy is one of a kind. From the moment we explained our situation to Kevin, he showed incredible patience and honesty. I realize I am not the easiest person to sell too however, Kevin and the group at Mike Toler had genuine concern that left us with a great experience. Example... I get an email from Kevin one morning at work about different RAM 1500's he has been combing through to find one that met all of my criteria, and when I open the link (which had me curious), there is Kevin in a video he personally made that walked me through the truck! The effort was beyond anything I expected! This is the kind of service you get when the primary concern isn't high profit margin or number of vehicles sold, its customer satisfaction. The sales manager, Gary, went out of his way to make sure we had a great deal and put us in two great new vehicles. Gary ended up calling in a favor from an out of town dealership just so I could get the truck I was looking for, (which isn't uncommon I understand) however, he made the wait and inconvenience worth my while. Overall, I am completely happy with my experience with Mike Toler and Kevin "The Jeep Guy". I can only hope that the next time I purchase a new vehicle, those guys are still around.

Excellent service, painless car buying

Straight forward dealership experience
I was a repeat customer, and chose to do business with Kevin again. Before heading the to the dealership I did my research and I knew what my vehicle was worth, along with what their vehicle should sell for. This made my it easy when it came time to make an offer to Gary, the General Sales Manager. As expected, the dealership was clean, the staff was freindly, and the vehicle was clean and ready to go when I showed up for the test drive. Kevin is a vey outgoing person and will work hard to make sure you have all your questions answered, and that you get the service you need. We didn't haggle over the price because my research had already identified a fair selling price for their vehicle, and a resonable trade-in price for my vehicle. Before taking delivery of my vehicle I told Kevin that I will be back one day to buy a new truck for my wife and I. Though, that will be when we both have 300,000 miles on these vehicles first, or we win the lottery. My recommendation: Do your research first. Know what you want. Thoroughly test the vehicle you're looking to buy. Ask the important questions. Know what the loan value for the selling vehicle is supposed to be, and don't go over that amount. Know what your vehicle is worth, and don't settle for less than that. Go with your gut. If the salesman/staff are rude, pushy or dodge your questions, then move on. You can find dealers who will "earn" your business.

The staff at Mike Toler are knowledgeable, friendly, up-front, and honest and because of this even though the dodge dealer in Jacksonville came in at a slightly lower price I stuck with the team at Toler. You just can't beat the piece of mind that comes with honesty and good customer service.

Painless Sales Experience
As a woman I'm always nervous about the car buying experience. Kevin M. made it a pleasant experience and found me the car I wanted. They didn't have the one I wanted on the lot and he didn't try to steer me to buy something they had. The car was in Raleigh, they picked it up the next day and Kevin personally delivered to my house and picked up my trade. Highly recommend Kevin M and MTCDJ to everyone.

First I would like to thank Kevin and Sherrie. I appreciate the service you gave to me, I knew what I wanted and Kevin just helped me so much in explaining everything about the van . I would recommend this dealer to everyone that is looking for a new or used car. When we had completed the deal and was getting ready to leave, I thought it was very nice that some of the other saleman came by and congratulated me on buying my van. That was awesome!!!!!
