Originally, had an issue with sales person that failed to acknowledge Honda discounts among other things and as a result I did not purchase vehicle. Was contacted by sr. management (Anthony) very next day and offered fair price and was treated well. While my experience was not extremely pleasant at first, dealership went out of their way and make things right. Respect.
I had a good experience buying my car here. It is my second honda with the same salesperson, Robert Holmes. He and the other members of the sales team were very organized and professional.
Had a good experience having my car serviced . I left it and it was ready when I came back for the car. Service was great.
Was told I would get called when a needed part would come in and if wkuld take roughly 24 hours. 3 days later....still no call and I had to call them. Not sure who answered the phone but they were Not from this country. Mr russo was courteous but did not convert consistent information throughout the process. Expected more.
No one showed me how too use any of the options for starters Had too ask for gas it was below 1/4 Original Salesman never thanked me for purchase After signing the financial papers no one was there too tell me where the car was. What was next. Just left standing there.

Brought my 2004 Accord in for check of exhaust system and...
Brought my 2004 Accord in for check of exhaust system and they looked at it for no charge and referred me to Low Cost Exhaust to get fixed, after informing me that my tail pipe had rusted. Had taken to Midas and was told I needed to replace exhaust system, even though I just had inspected in May. Thank you service department for your quality service.
Quick and reliable service with friendly employees. I have had no issues going to have my inspection and oil change done through their service department.
