I inquired on a truck last Monday and was contacted by their salesperson. He got me a quote from their internet manager. 3 days later it had cleared inspection and they received everything they needed from me to complete the sale. I was paying cash so there was no possible problem right? Until manager Jay Lawrence decided the quote they gave me was no longer high enough. He said I'd have to pay over $4k more if I wanted the truck. That was last Friday. Seeing that today, Monday, it is off their website, I can assume that they simply got offered more than in the agreement they had with me. They set that price, not me. That is very dishonest. Please look elsewhere when buying a vehicle. If they do this to one customer, imagine what else they might do to you.

Our team went back and listened to your original recorded phone call and they did share with you that the vehicle you were interested in was currently in transit and has not yet arrived on the lot. The discussion was to set up an appointment for you to come in the next day to get the purchase paperwork started to secure you that vehicle when it arrived. Our team also shared with you we did have 1 other unit available in red as an alternative if you were interested. You don't even have my name right so apparently you do this to a number of customers if poor Jeff got the same treatment. My truck was on your lot and advertised when I inquired. Everything else I said is above and true. If you want to go listen to any phone calls all you'll hear is that I was buying that truck as soon as it cleared inspection at a price agreed to by 3 of your employees. No thanks, I don't want to call your number for abused customer counseling. I just want you to operate with some ethics.

Midway Chevrolet is the absolute worst, scummiest, and most frustrating dealership of all time. If you ever have the misfortune of ending up here, READ THE FINE PRINT before buying anything (or better yet, don’t buy anything). Do not trust anyone’s word there, as they routinely lie to, overcharge, and scam people. Also, STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Their scams have been proven again and again by dash cam footage. They’ll keep your car in a lot for days, do nothing, then overcharge you for the services they should’ve done but never did. To top it all off, they’ll relentlessly bombard you with junk mail and spam calls after you visit. Miserable place.

All staff gave customer service and great satisfactory. Looked into the computer problem and had me back on the road sooner than I anticipated. Cody Milss in the service department ask great questions and made sure to look into it.

Where do I start Valentino was amazing as usual 4 car we buy from him and Steve Garc�a as well they will team up and try to get you the best deal they can we love them will do it again with them two no one else ??We also sent people there that bought cars

We had the worst communication and customer service.

We had the worst communication and customer service. Would leave messages and never had any returned. They never communicated that parts were needed to be ordered and it would take longer they just kept our vehicle and never called or returned messages. After having our vehicle for 20 days we finally just went down (since no one would answer) to get it. Once we showed up our service person along with 4 other employees were just standing there talking in a circle, not doing anything. We got many excuses but no apologies. One thing that was worked on was our window (being able to roll up and down). It worked for only a day, and then stopped working! Will never use them again.

Don't let them waste your time. My car was dropped off 6 days ago, and I can't get my service advisor (Victor Morales), or anyone else from the service department, on the phone to let me know what's going on. The service center doesn't answer, and they don't return calls after you leave a message. I've called several times and left several messages. I even talked to the Sales Manager. He told me that the GM would call me within 10 minutes. I never received a call from the GM. Now, I need to pay nearly $300 to have my car towed back to my house in Mesa. MIDWAY CHEVROLET service is HORRIBLE. I highly recommend that you NEVER CONSIDER MIDWAY CHEVROLET for any service needs.

Car is Getting the same problem repaired twice and. Id way won’t own up that they made a mistake they want me to believe that the water coolant leak that is minimal is caused by a bad water pump , bad thwrmosrr the And now a bad oil cooler my car only has 80,000 and has never been driven to the ground. It’s a 2016. And they are going to give me a very small discount but it’s from the over charges from the last visit so there are not helping with nothing. Just not busienss like. So t take ownership and no follow through. No way I will ever come back to this dealer again. The service mamger won’t even call you back when he says he will. Shame on this place I will speak to the CEM

Unethical company. They called me based upon my on-line interest in a Tahoe they had in transit. When we spoke, they reviewed all the vehicles specs and what their sell would be including the base MSRP and then scheduled me to meet the sales person just after our call. I asked if they needed a deposit and they said that they would take that when I arrived. When I arrived at the dealership, they (salesperson and sales manager) tried to have me buy a different vehicle at a higher price because they sold the one they had quoted me. The person they sold it to was there and purchased it minutes after I arrived and so I also got to witness their car selling “Gong celebration.” Midway Chevrolet - Blacklisted for Life..
