Amazing customer support
I had an urgent repair needed for my car and as a single mom, I needed a loaner car on short notice. Mercedes of Bellevue has amazing customer service. My Service Advisor, Jesus, got me a great loaner on short notice and helped me get home to take care of my family. I am so grateful for Bellevue Mercedes service department!

I have been a customer of Barrier Motors and Autonation Mercedes for many years. Have owned 5 Mercedes and many Volvos/Saabs. My current MB service advisor is Wayne Thiessen, whom I've known for few decades. Wayne knows the vehicles inside and out, and gives personalized service each time. What a relief to talk to someone who cares so much...in these troubled times.. Two predecessors, Ed Brown, and Chad Dobbs, were also superior techs and communicators at this dealership. I was treated very fairly; repairs done quickly and personable service advisors. Hard to contact thru phone however; wait times very long; I had to schedule online one day later

Mercedes Benz of Bellevue has great staff. I just took my car for its annual service and I had a great experience. Jesus Guerrero was in charge of my car; he was very supportive and answered all my questions. Maintenance was fast and very professional. If you ever go there asks for Jesus!

One thing I liked better about Barrier was they had a truck that would come and pick the car up to take it to the shop if it wouldn't run. Otherwise I think Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue is an improvement in many other ways.
