Called and they said a truck was on the lot on Friday so went there but it was sold the Tuesday beforehand. Look at another that the said was great to go but had blow by the bed rails under it was gone. They paint the frames to cover up and also will put plastic cover to hid rust on rockers cab corners and wheel wells

I was interested in a mustang but it has a branded title due to the mileage being reported wrong, the dealership know this and deny everything plus advertised the mileage wrong

Sexist salesmen, went in to look at 1 ton trucks and was told I had to have someone ride with me. When I went back with my brother they handed him the keys to the truck for the test drive! Also intentionally gave me misinformation about the vehicle and when he called them on it they threw us out of the dealership! Don’t buy from them!!!!!

Bought one vehicle for a family member. I put deposit on truck. I let the sales help and the person writing it up and i explained that my wife has cancer and I needed to talk to her first. They told me I needed let them know by the next working day so I would loose my deposit. I did just that. When finally after sending a certified letter I was called back. I told him what happened and what his people agreed to. He said he didn't care that his sales people agreed to. He told me if I wrote a review I was holding him hostage. I also told the manager my wife couldn't get into the truck because of cancer . He told me then at that time I was holding him hostage even if I was telling the truth. And at that time he said " only way I'd get my money back was I had to buy from them Whose holding who hostage? Thanks Ortinville Marsh Auto Sales.

This dealership gave us a great deal and the staff here are excellent. One staff worker named Riley was a great help and worked with us very well, definitely recommend.

A dealership that doesn't even run your credit score they literally ask you what your score is and then the truck I applied for is still sitting there over a month later gee you could have made money on it from me already this place is a joke.

Terrible experience. No gas in vehicle. Passenger mirror glued shut. Buyer beware!! Will never use them again. They didn’t even care. Said there’s nothing they can do.

They didn't help me at all. I never received any information on the vehicle.
