Service
I paid 925$ and for a new serpentine belt and the repair of the oil pressure gauge on Feb 18th. Today, I took it back because the oil gauge is still not fixed. Needless to say I am beyond frustrated.

FALSE ADVERTISING
Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC had offered through its Website a new 2021 Buick Encore with a dealer discount of $3,500.00. On January 29, 2022, when I inquired about the vehicle, the dealership refused to honor the dealer discount of $3,500. I requested the dealership to revised the quote include the dealer discounted of $3,500.00 both on January 29, 2002 and January 31, 2022 the dealership against refused to do so. Although the Website states: "discount available to everyone", the dealership asserted in order to receive the dealer discount you "must meet certain criteria." The criteria listed on the Website was "discount available to everyone". Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act makes it unlawful to advertise any motor vehicle for sale at a specific price or on specific terms and subsequently fail to show and make available for sale said vehicle as advertised. Ohio Rev. Code section 1345.01 et seq.
