incorrect information, it's been almost 15 days since I've been waiting for them to make the payment for my 2022 Camry, I exchanged my car for a 2022 corsair, and every time I call this dealership they give me a different answer. I'm having a bad experience with this dealership.
Poor customer service
A few weeks back I had a Woofer replaced in my Lincoln. They had to take the front passenger inside door panel off to remove and then replace the part needed. Which they did. For some unknown reason the technician removed my Lincoln floor mat from the front passenger side, 3-4 days later I went to vacuum my car, and noticed my floor mat that I paid for whenI purchased the car was gone. I called the dealership multiple times to a explanation, nothing, no return phone calls. I am presently looking to trade in my Lincoln for another Lincoln. I WILL MOT BE GIVING THWM MY BUSINESS. Horrible customer service,

They rebuilt my transmission in the beginning of this year, and I’ve just recently found out that some of their repair work was done incorrectly and had caused pretty big problems not only recently but about a month after I received my car back. I attempted to call the service team, was sent to voice mail and redirected probably 6 times and never actually spoke with anyone. We finally got a message through to the head service technician (I’m assuming that’s who she was, again, no one talked to me) and they called the dealership that diagnosed these further issues and said it would have happened earlier if they were at fault. This was a pretty expensive endeavor to begin with, but I’m slapped with another $1k bill because of negligence, and I’m just so disappointed in how this team has handled dealing with a customer. A conversation with me and treating me like a human being would have gone a long way.

Avoid, had a signed deal and they sold the car. When I tried to get a status for when I could pickup they went radio silent. Apathetic, did not care. Said money trumps my deal. Very worst customer service. Avoid this dealer. Certainly aligns to the shady side of the car business.
Not the best experience
I dropped my car off at the appointment time that was set. I asked the gentleman that helped me if they could also fix the passenger side front reflector light as it slipped a little out of place and the back bumper guard was slightly detached as well. He said they could and would make note of it. He also said the repairs should take a few hours and I would be called to pick it up. After about 5 hours I called the dealership as I hadn't heard anything and was informed that repairs for the recall were taking longer and they would have to keep the car overnight. A minor inconvenience but what could I do? I was told the car would be done the next morning. The next morning came and I never received a call so I called the dealership around 1 pm and was told the car would be ready shortly. Around 4 I still hadn't heard anything so I called back and was told someone would call me shortly. I never got a call so I called back around 4:45 as the dealer closes at 6 pm. I was told the car would be ready in 15 minutes. I went and picked it up and saw the side front reflector was not put back in place and the back bumper guard wasn't either. I was very disappointed and didn't say anything as I was rather annoyed by the whole situation and lack of communication and just left. I will never take my car there again unless Lincoln has another recall and I have no choice.
