I'm changing my review since Dustin and Natalia kept contacting Lithia to make sure that Lithia would send me the necessary paperwork. Still, they need to be better at getting back to customers...Don't tell someone that you're going to call them, and then you don't. I've never bought a car online, so I had a lot of questions. Their prices seem to be lower than other Dealerships. Caitlin at Lithia was attentive, and helpful. E-mailed paperwork this morning.

All was well for 3 days; after I followed up, I was told that on Friday I'd receive details re: paperwork, photos of the car(it's @Lithia),& an ETA of Delivery. Once again, I reached out to the people that had been helping me, and still 0 responses! Not okay...now I'm wary about buying the car from this dealership.

We bought a Jeep Wrangler from Lithia and wanted to change the front bumper with a new Jeep bumper. We called the parts department and they quoted us 25% over MSRP. I called another local Jeep dealer and they offered to discount the parts 10%. I would have likely been happy to buy the parts from Driveway for MSRP. In addition, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone who works in the service or parts department.

Ordered a Brand new $80k truck absolutely no updates

Ordered a Brand new $80k truck absolutely no updates during the build process. Truck finally arrives no one contacts me I track my order it tells me it had been delivered for days now so I call my sales guy Leo and nothing of course because he never answer’s the phone returns messages days later with nothing but excuses. Make arrangements to go pick up my order told them I wouldn’t be able to get there till a little before closing was assured that wouldn’t be a problem only to reach the dealership and be rushed through the deal so he could leave again after being told that it wasn’t a problem. The second we walk outside to look at the truck the doors Locked and everyone went home. Immediately upon fist start up the gage cluster alerts me that non of my parksenes sensors are working Leo tells me all our technicians leave @ 2:30 it’s now 7pm so we have make appointment to have fixed. Now 3 weeks of owning this truck bought it cash . I have to make an appointment with another Lithia dealership to have my brand new truck looked at because I refuse to take my Business back to Lithia Portland or Driveway Chrysler whatever they call themselves now. Save yourself the time and head ache go to Dave smith motors.

They ordered a replacement part on June 17, 2022. The services representative kept telling me that the part was not yet available. I contacted FCA on July 20, 2022, and they confirmed the part was delivered on June 20, 2022. The services representative kept saying the part was not here until FCA contacted them. Her excuse, "Parts never told me the part is here!" The worst customer experience.

I called and asked if they were able to order the car I wanted (a Jailbreak Challenger). I was told they could. I asked to confirm that they could get a Jailbreak and I was told sure. I said I did not want to pay over MSRP and I was told they had a no-haggle policy, and I would get it for MSRP. They asked if I could come in to place the order. I went it only to have them try to switch me to a non-Jailbreak version. When I told them again what I wanted they said I could fill out an order but would probably not get the car. They then told me that those cars typically sold for $20k to $30k over MSRP. Pure bait and switch.

Wouldn’t trust

Our experience buying and selling here seemed wonderful on the day of the exchange, but it's been terrible ever since. Our sales person and finance manager assured us that they'd take care of everything, but it's over 5 months later and we are still correcting their mistakes. Buying and selling on Craigslist would have been ten times easier than working with these folks. Don't trust them to handle any complicated financial situations - take it into your own hands wherever you can. Additionally, we're currently looking at about $4000 of repairs on a $19,000 vehicle. We're definitely at fault for being so trusting with the dealership's ability to identify and resolve issues with the vehicle. We learned a hard lesson here.

Worked with Kim in sales, she was excellent from start to finish, got me an insane deal on a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Willy's Edition. I had a request to be out of the dealership within 2 hours and she made it happen as I drove a distance to get there. Couldnt be happier with her. Kim and Skylar also gave me a very excellent offer on my trade. I would recommend both of them.

Horrible service.

Horrible service. When I bought the vehicle they upset with me on a maintenance plan. Scheduling that maintenance is next to Impossible, I call it rings a while makes me leave a message with the call back number and they never called me back. Every time I called it for a complaint I'm told the general manager is on a conference call and is unable to help

Worst customer service experience in a decade. I brought my car in for repairs after waiting a month for my appointment, was told they would call me later that day to tell me what they found. When I called the next day and asked why there was no update, Sean the csr started yelling at me. I spoke to the manager Mario who said the car was being worked on, guaranteed an update by end of the day. For the next 48 hours they refused to call me back, they started hanging up on me. I had to show up at the dealership in order to speak to anyone. I demanded my car back, which wasn't a problem because they hadn't done a thing to it in 48 hours +. When I showed up the service manager Mario and the rep Sean were just sitting around joking. They were intentionally not calling me back.
