I was sold a vehicle that I thought was idoling hard and
I was sold a vehicle that I thought was idoling hard and asked them to have the shop look at it. I was told int was normal. 6 months later very loud rattling. Finally got in for an appointment at the service center. They could not find the problem and told me to take it somewhere else. They let me drive my car away not giving me any impression it was not safe. 2 weeks later broke down on the side of the road. Need a new engine, transmission, torque converter and ignition switch so far
Most times we have to come back for rework on engine
Most times we have to come back for rework on engine related issues. After this recent exhaust related re-do, we were told alternator not charging and quoted $1100 to change out. After refusing, we bought one for $200 from parts store. Prepared to install and found a wire disconnected. Hmm? Was it truly even an issue

I had a fantastic experience. Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient. Sales manager was likewise. The dealership was very accommodating. Even going as far as to let me take home some of the paperwork and return it the next day. While still sealing the deal and letting me drive away in my new vehicle that very day. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
