Asked to have front end greased, didn’t get done, told them it’s got grease fittings, gave me a bunch of xxxx about being busy, waitress 2 hrs.
Absolutely the worst service experience ever!
Absolutely the worst service experience ever!!! After 5 months of at least 2 service appointments that they forgot about, and probably more than 50 un returned phone calls either voice mail, or paper messages left on the desk of JJ or Tim. Charged me for unnecessary transmission service, had possession of me jeep for over 3 months. The first time it was "fixed" made it 21 miles and left me on the side of the road. The second time it was "fixed" made it 140 miles left my 16 little girl on the side of the hwy. Now 15 phone calls and messages later wo t return my call. Only way I can get them on the phone is to call from a different number they don't know..... what a horrible experience dealing with Tim and JJ both in the service department. I wouldn't recommend them to worst enemy!!!!
