Worst dealership in Ohio
The absolute worst car dealership I’ve ever purchased a car from. We walked in pre-approved from capital one and the car salesman kept pushing that their lenders could get us a better interest rate. So we agreed for them to run it through their top 5 lenders and IF they could beat the interest rate we walked in with, we would go through their lender, if not we would finance through capital one. We get back to sign the paperwork and we find out we’re financing through another bank, my husband asks what the interest rate was and they stated the same rate we walked in with through capital one. We told them we were not financing with that bank and to run it through capital one like we told them in the beginning. So they did and capital one gave us an even lower rate. After that, the finance guy was mad and barely looked at us, barely talked to us, and just threw the papers around like a toddler throwing a fit. The salesman tells us he will be shipping us all weather mats to our house since they didn’t have them in stock… just short of a year later and still haven’t received them. Then we take our car to a different dealership for maintenance because they are closer. They tell us that the vehicle had after market seats installed and Honda won’t cover the repair even though if it did have Honda seats, it would be covered under the factory warranty. We go to Lindsay Honda to see if they will try to make this situation right and once again we are completely disappointed. We ask for the store manager Reggie who sat on his butt and never came over to speak with us. He looked up our car and just sat over at the counter and didn’t even has someone walk over to tell us that he was “busy” he just sat there and left us waiting. Then another new car sales manager comes over to “try to help us out” and we explain that no one ever disclosed the after market seats to us that voided the Honda warranty and we just wanted them to take a look and fix it since they didn’t disclose it and it should be covered if it was an original Honda part the manager told us multiple times that “his guys should have been the ones to look at it not another dealership” and then told us there was nothing they could or would do to help us since it wasn’t “Honda Certified” he said Reggie looked it up and since it wasn’t Honda Certified he wasn’t even going to talk to us. We never received an apology for the finance guys behavior, we never received the all weather mats we were told would be shipped to us, and never received the managers time to just talk to us. This dealership has been the WORST. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully they change management in the future and they actually start putting the customer before the dollar signs. The poor customer service I’ve received has made me want to trade my car in just so I never have to think about that place again.

Certified vehicle only owned 2 months. Vehicle taken for service after it wouldn’t start. Told it was fine. Vehicle taken back for service for a separate issue and they made my husband sit there for 2 hours and didn’t fix the vehicle because they said the technician wasn’t there who knew what was going on. They wasted 4 hours of our time 2 hours sitting there and an hour drive each way. And made us drive 60 miles for no reason when gas is $4.00 a gallon. Then the service manager told us a a completely different story as to way the repair was not completed that day. My vehicle stalled out in the middle of a 4 lane road today and wouldn’t start- after I was told it check out fine. Now Marty the service Manager is not taking my calls.

I got both of my cars here and never had any problems.
I got both of my cars here and never had any problems. My mom also got her car here. They’re all great and helpful. Service all around us great.
I had one of the best salesman, Dwight Allred.
I had one of the best salesman, Dwight Allred. He was very professional and did a excellent job. He listened to what I wanted my payments to be on another vehicle for my trade. He kept his word of contacting me, when the new HRV's arrived. The process was good, Everyone was nice and welcoming! Dwight is the one, I will recommend to my family and friends. I will always use Honda to purchase a car!

We went in looking at a Chevy Colorado with DJ and we left out a few hours later with that truck, and we couldn’t be happier . The first few days we had an issue with the truck, and they fixed it right away!! It was a Great Experience!!
They sold me a vehicle in 2012, which I still own, and
They sold me a vehicle in 2012, which I still own, and told me that my oil changes would be 18.95 for as long as I owned the vehicle. They even gave me a card stating that. They did not honor that during my last oil change. This goes against their mission statement which says they " go above and beyond....with integrity".
