I dealt with Eric and he was very helpful. Saw to it that I got taken care of right away. He called me at home several times to give me an update of what they were doing to my car and when to expect it to be ready to be picked up

Brought 2 Lexus in simultaneously. Checked in on time and promised loaner with H was ready. Nick made sure that all applicable services policy purchased in advance were used. Easy in and out on check in and checkout later. Cars were ready as promised.
