Excellent customer service
Larry Berry was the Service Advisor who assisted me with getting my car serviced. He was thorough, professional and efficient. He predicted the amount of time it would take to get the car serviced and he was spot on. Not sure of the name of the young lady who checked me in when I arrived but she was equally professional in her approach and kind.

It was the first (5,000 mile) service on my new RX-350. As expected, the service was excellent— prompt, friendly and respectful, as well as thorough. In addition to the scheduled service, a software update and flat tire repair was completed. All done with Lexus quality standards. I highly recommend Lexus of Jacksonville, and service rep Larry Berry.

Very pleased with the service. Easy to make an appointment. They were ready when I got there. Very smooth and professional. Enjoyed sitting in the comfortable room. I enjoyed a bagel and got some work done. The car was finish even before the promised time. Easy checkout and off I went. This is my 3rd Lexus in this area, I tried the service 6 yrs ago and wasn’t pleased. I’ll be back!!
