This dealership sold me my Lexus in Jan without obtaining
This dealership sold me my Lexus in Jan without obtaining the title from the prior owner. I learned this 5 months later after being pulled over for bad tags. I have called & texted the dealership // Elmerra numerous times since the purchase as well as the date I received the ticket and no response. I was so humiliated by being pulled over, late to work because of it and given a fix it ticket. The dealership should not have allowed this sale without the prior title, which is a serious offense. They need to take action immediately, pay for the tags and provide reimbursement for my time, humility and lost wages. . If not, I will be lodging a complaint on all platforms including the BBB.
