I wanna say, if you haven't visited these folks, head on down. Not only have I bought a car from them , my sister has too. The service is 100 and they truly do go above and beyond to help families get what they deserve. And of course that sure don't go unsaid that her car is absolutely beautiful. So go check these folks out, you won't be disappointed!!! I'm super sad to report that after posting this review 3 months ago, I have gone back to buy another car from here. I'm absolutely unsatisfied at how I have been done and unfortunately they did not treat me the same way they did my sister. Now yes I did buy a 2020 Hyundai Elantra, Within 3 weeks my car started acting and sounding extremely horrible. Just to find out there was a recall on my motor. As busy as life is, I decided that I would trade it in , the nearest Hyundai is Somerset. I'm a store manager, it's summer time and I have 5 kids.( thinking I'd be treated like a loyal customer considering I have now gotten 2 cars from them ) well just for them to tell me that when they put my Vin number in it don't show a recall. But how ever It does on my end. So yep your guessed it, they called Hyundai to see if there was one, and yep there is ! Not their problem though, right !! So I can make a appointment to get that taken care of. Or the other option they gave me after having my car for 3 weeks. Take a loss of about $7000 in equity loss because of my bad credit. Folks are you serious ? Let me give you a round of applause. Thank you for your help.

The sales consultant that you worked with earlier in the week did check with our service department regarding the recall issue while you were here, he was told there is an open recall on your vehicle's engine that required less that an hour to preform. I apologize if he did not clearly convey that information to you. Bought a Nissan Frontier March 6 2021, it was an over all wonderful experience. The salesman Andrew was ver polite and, worked with us to get what we wanted. Everyone there was super nice and the Man in financing don’t know name Was excellent as well.

I had such a great experience! And I was able to buy a beaut of a car. My husband and I drove up and was immediately greeted by a salesman who helped us all the way to buy the perfect car. Great company, great service, great salesman.

Buying my second car from Legacy Nissan I am so pleased with my car a Certified Nissan Rogue they saved me thousands of dollars. Top trade in and a great price. Hey, ask them about the Nissan Certified Program. Pay a bit more for a fine used car with service like a new one. Ask, Rick or Jessie to make your Holidays much Brighter. They made my daughter's Christmas a awesome one. They made sure our trip to Walt Disney World will be safe, A hitch for her wheelchair and we will be saving on fuel too. Thank you so much! I would suggest if you think anyone did not try give you a deal see Jake or Charlotte I think they work for Santa. They made my Holidays!

I am a middle class, 45 hours a week, trying to make a living, hard working Nissan legacy customer and I have never been so unsatisfied with the service I have been given than by this car dealership. I am making payments on a $20,000 Nissan Maxima and 3 days after getting my car I had to pay to have my car tires balanced; the car shook very bad! And it wasn't covered by my bumper to bumper insurance I paid extra for and not covered by my warranty on the car. Also my alignment needed to be done because my car pulls to the right but that wasn't covered either and I can't afford it so I got to pay good attention not to go off the side into a ditch everyday I drive to and from work! And now my transmission is acting up! I'll add the update about the transmission after I talk to them about it it just started happening. Did I mention my car is currently sitting in a parking lot waiting to be jumped because the battery is flickering on and off and won't start! I've only had my car for 42 days! To say the least I am very upset because I thought they were a good dealership but they are by far not good people. If you work for your money and don't want to waste it do not buy a used car from them!

If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. I called and spoke to them about a vehicle we wanted to purchase. I explained our ENTIRE situation (negative equity on a trade, what we wanted to keep our payments, & even let them go ahead and run our credit score before we made the trip over. I called 3 separate times to verify EVERYTHING we were asking could be done. We make the 2.5 hour trip just to be told by them that our payments would be $300 more a month then what they had told me on 3 separate occasions they could get it at. I wouldn’t advise anyone to even waste your time going here. They will tell you whatever they want to get you in the dealership, even if you are making a 2.5 hour drive to get there. I guess they thought we would just accept the payment & go on...jokes on them though, we immediately walked out when they told us what we wanted wasn’t doable.
